Hello everyone,
My name is "------" and i am pursuing CA course and recently due to misunderstandings and my friends poking into the matters my girl friend suicided in front of my house by litting h
erself fire. Later after this incident the girl's parents lodged a complaint on me and my parents u/s302, 509 of Ipc & sec 3(2)(v) of sc,st act in the local PS that me and my parents set her ablazed.
Can anybody let me know that does this incident in my life affect my career and can i pursue my further professional CA education, when i am under trial and not convicted.

sir,
i am in obc,my father is a psu employee, his salary is more then 6 lakh per annum, having no other family income or no property. His post isn't comparable to the post in Government Services.
Am i eligible for non creamy layer?
In following OM of central govt.,it is clarified(page 9,point9) that if salary is more then 6 lakh per annum,it is case of creamy layer. But in next point(point10) it says that no saleried income or income from agriculture will be taken in the account,it means income from other sources should be 6 lakh for falling in creamy layer.
These opposite points are confusing me.
Please let me know that i am in NCL or not ? Thanks a lot.

Respected Sir,
On 11th June 2013, AP Medical Practitioners Registration Act 2013 (A Bill amending the Andhra Pradesh Medical Practitioners Registration Act, 1968 was passed in the Legislative Assembly ) was introduced in then Andhra Pradesh to implement 1 Year bonded rural service for MBBS, Postgraduates and superspecialist doctors by the State government.
Medical graduates will be eligible for registration and practice only after putting in a year’s rural medical service.
In this regard, as the state is now bifurcated into Telangana State and Andhra Pradesh, what are the various methods or modes for cancellation of the act ?
Please Advice
Yours Sincerely,
Dr S Suraj
