i m usha,going on divorce and family matter case between me and my husband.my 12years child live with my parents means nana-nani from when he was 6months,he never live with father and his father never taken his responsibilty before and he stay in village,bt now he taken TC from school and never give return back and school principal said if original tc not submitted within 12days so students name cancelled from school.pls suggest me what i do for my child

on 15th june 2014 night at 11.30 i submitted the AIBE 7 registeration form.
on the next day 16th june 2014 i made the payment of RS.2560/- through SBI bank.
Now the problem is after completing 24hrs of submitting the reg. form, fees has to be paid...... whrs as i have paid the fee before completin the 24hrs
now the issue is m not ble to upload the payment challan, as the upload challan option is not activate
plsz help me m not in a position to make the payment again....

X is a employee of abc ltd .the trade union of co. labor called strike off the co. fromworking programme.
after the such strike off the other colleges of co. was hitted seriously for other reasons in such a case the x employee was caused death.
this act was happened to employee while returning to home...
in Such a case the employer shall liable for compensation under the workmens Compensation act..

Is there any job available in courts of india, between age limit 35-45 years.

hello.I am from Gujarat.in my SSC HSBC certificate,my fathers name is rameshlal.but in degree certificate,my fathers name is rameshbhai.what can I do for change my fathers name from rameshbhai to rameshlal in degree certificate ?

My name and father's name was erroneously printed in my 10th class certificate.now I've to apply for the S.S.C board to change the name in my 10th class marks list what's the procedure and what are the document's i should attach with it.

hi,, i have kept my certificates in an organisation where i have given 2 blank cheques too.. but tht bank accnt is now closed. now i want to quit that job but iam scared of that 2 balnk cheques does it may effect or it consider any case.... does it acepted in court..
