One year back I have purchased a 3 BHK flat at Bangalore, I have not moved in to my new flat as still my interiors, painting are not done yet. 3 months back our residents welfare association was formed and they started monthly maintenance charges with fixed and variable charges, while fixed charges are for security house keeping, gardening AMC for lifts etc. divided on no of Flats.in the apartment & variable are for water ,genset diesel, STP Charged on Sft. basis of each flats
Our flats have no water meters as it was not provided by builder,
since march-2021 we started paying maintenance charges to the association, as I have not occupied my flat, and have requested the association not to include the water charges for my flat maintenance charges. but the association is insisting that the water charges cannot be waived off, as there is no water meter installed. so I need to pay the water charges,
Since the water charges are for the occupied flats who are using the water. They should share the water charges among themselves. how can I be charged the water charges which I have not consumed?
please advise is water charges are applicable on unoccupied flats since i am paying all other charges in the maintenance bill can water charges be excluded for my case.

We are involved in road Transportation services and our sub contractor is holding one no empty 40 ft containers insisting us to pay all his balance 20 percent payments of approx 12 lakhs in advance wirhout submission of final bills and original LRs saying we may not pay bal on time . We have sent notice for both criminal and civil action but even after one month he is not responding and still say we should clear all payments. Meanwhile cont detention liability has touched 7 lakhs. Under such circumstance Can we file FIR to take delivery of empty container . Frt bal against that particular cont tptn is only 30000 but he wants us to clear all other bills which were not due when he stopped delivery of empty cont ..He does not respond to ph calls ..can anybody advise on the matter ?

Dear Experts,
I live in a 4 storey unregistered building in Thane, Maharashtra. The building is 35 years old now and need to be urgently repaired. However some of the flat owners are not willing to contribute to the repairing fund despite of regular reminders and meetings held for the said purpose. Even maintenance of some flat owners is pending for more than 7 to 8 years.
Need to understand what action can be taken against such flat owners who are not willing to contribute towards the repairing fund and defaulters for non payment of maintenance.

society have not conducted Agm sINCE TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN and suddenly on EIGHTEEN APRIL OF LAST MONTH office barrers have conducted AGM for THREE YEARS and passed some resolution.
in our society chairman ,secretary and tresurer hv outstanding maintenance as on THIRTY FIRST MARCH TWENTY ONE and chairman have got outstanding more than six months i hv approached the Registrar for appointment of administer but registrar is questioning me of violation section of society and always consoling me that we wll send notice for clarification
now my question is
1) whether resolutions passed in 18042021 AGM is valid in eyes of law in various matter
2) whetther office barrers are disqullified if so pl.give me proper section

My self Prashanth. I am from Khammam. In my tractor RC book , they printed 38 HP instead of 41HP. While giving TR papers tractor showroom people entered HP details wrongly . I took this issue to their notice and they told me , we will correct it at the time of RC . But they did not do it ,.. same mistake in RC book also. It is almost 1 year completed,. They are postponing this every time I asked them. Please help me with this.

Revenue court case filing regarding in karnataka

I would like file a case in revenue court in karnataka for my revenue land which mutation is rejected due to agriculture labour certificate not submitted by Revenue inspector of the village in 2007-08, when i contacted to the tahsildar office they said file the case in AC/Revenue court, When I go to the https://rccms.kar.nic.in/Login.aspx website for online apply its not register (otp not coming petitioner/advocate)
Is any body help/suggest me on this to register the case in Revenue court in Karnataka
