I had applied for private security agency licence in 2012 with all legal documents and verification i was called for interview and the application was reject saying m economically low to run the agency on the bases of 3 years income tax returns which were 186000/-pa.what is the income tax criteria to start private security agency.it is not mentioned in PSAR act about such criteria of income tax.

My father past away he was defaulted in Icici credit card but cibil report on my name as defaulter . But I didn't get credit card from Icici bank please kindly help me

sir, my name is Harendra singh. My question is that i belong to sc category and i have that certificate. this certicate issued in 2011 by Agra SDM but now my family is shift in ghaziabad permanently. so it is necessary to make sc certificate from ghaziabad or previous certificate is work.
i have selected in govt.company so certificate is required by him.
please answer me as soon as

dear sir,
i had fixed my 20000 rupee on 17-04-2001 through my brother who is a cashier in SBI BANK and he fixed my money in case of "either or survivor" with me and with him and then he gave me the original 'FD' document. the maturity of FD was 17-04-2008 and again it was renewed by me for 17-04-2015. but my brother broke my 'FD' himself on 03-02-2011 without my permission and without the original document that i was holding and transferred the amount in his own savings account without informing me. so i want to know is it legal or is this a case of misuse of authority. so i request you please help me what can i do.

My wife filed 498a in Sept 2013 and charge sheet also filed. I am a NRI, I went back to Saudi Arabia and My lawyer filed a Quash petition in High Court for A2 and A3. As I was absent for the court date a NBW was issued for me.
My HC lawyer is continuing to take Stay Order for A2 and A3 and the case is continuing.
In June 2015 my wife took Exparte Divorce without any information to me and my family. Once the Ex-parte divorce has been completed on Jun 24-2015, my wife father sent a post that includes two news papers cuttings of notice publication saying to attend the case otherwise the case will go in exparte divorce.
I said my lawyer to file a set aside application in the family court. He asked me to send a power of attorney to represent my father on my behalf.
My question is
1. When does the quash will be completed since its more than a year, HC lawyer continuing to take stay orders, Please advise me what to do to finish the quash for A2 and A3 as soon as possible.
2. I am afraid to send the Special POA because it will be attested by Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia which shows that I am in Saudi Arabia. Does it create a problem for me in future like look out circular or red corner notices because I will be frequently travelling to other countries in the gulf by road.
3. Is their any other way that without Special POA my lawyer can file a "set a side".
4. Please advise me either to send the Special POA or not because it reveals my contact details of saudi arabia.
5. As their was no POA in 498A ( i was arrested and later bailed) just only vakaltnama signed by me, does 498A and filing Set a Side for ex-parte divorce has any connection between each other, does it create a problem for me later on
6. I have a child of 2 years 2 months old, suggest me when to file a child custody case as the baby is with the mother. She is not willing to give the child and I am not willing to leave the child with her so guys please advise me.........

Hi,
I got my Pan card in 2003. The date of birth on that card is wrong. I never bothered to get it changed since then.
Now when I am applying for loan I face some problems as date of birth does not match with my other documents.
So i have decided to get my Date of Birth changed. The problem is that I dont know how this date of birth got on my card. I am a bit nervous now as I remember I get this card made by the people sitting outside Bus Stands etc. I dont even remember that guy now. What if he misused my documents. I dont even remember what documents I gave back then.
This may also be an error. But I am nervous as I have recently read reports of Fake PAN cards racket.
I have all the documents and everything. And all are genuine. Nothing is fake. Even this Pan Card I have been using for so many years. Will change of DOB be a problem.
I should have got it corrected when I got that PAN card. But Now its too late to regret. Please advice what should I do.
I am nervous that this may come and bite me. I have all the documents that are needed by IT dept for Verification.

Dear Sir,
I am Prasad from Bangalore. Yesterday night some goons ( 10-12 people) threatened my friend. In this regard we went police station to lodge compliant against them.my friend is north indian and he doesn't know kannada. So, I was explaining the whole matter. Suddenly SI asked me since how long he is working in Karnataka. So when I asked same question with my friend in Hindi. Suddenly he started shout at my friend saying that "you are working since four year in Karnataka still why can't you learn and speak". After that he turned towards me and shouted at me by saying " like you people are giving ass to fuck these Hindi people". I felt humilated infront of all. My individual dignity effected by this statement.
Could you please tell me how can I forward take action against SI. What's the legal remedy for this. I want to take this case forward because I believe in unity in diversity And apart from language region and language we are Indian. Please guide me.

2.i hv compltd by LL.B and graduated.
Am in the process of Bar Council Regn.Pending BCI regn ,Can i use professional logo of lawyer and Can i mention as Advocate or Lawyer in my business card,letters & communication etc. If so Which Word advocate or lawyer is correct.?

Respected sir/madam, My name is VADARI V MARUTHI PRASAD in all my documents. But in my birth certificate it was written VADARI MARUTHI PRASAD without V When I applied for passport in PSK they asked me to write a declaration in this regard that the BC is mine only and I am only child of my parents . I did it and they allowed the same. Now after police verification happened I found out that POLICE sent adverse report mentioning name difference in BC now I am getting a show cause notice for it again. How will I be treated - by a rejection or with a fine and will some affidavit or declaration do the job to get me my passport or is name change only option ????
