I want to register a society having an object of providing education to poor kids in Gujarat. Which statute will be applicable for registration and governance of the society-- Indian Society Act 1860 or local staute of Gujarat for Cooperative Society i.e. Gujarat Coperative Societies Act 1961?

We make one bank guarantee for one year, after one year we ask to bank , how to relise my cash margin of bank guarantee, bank says to us, benifisiary clame invoked of bank guarantee in time, but we not relies amount of bank guarantee, due to he not present original bank guarantee, bank told to benifisiary, please provide original bank guarantee or fir copy from police station, benifisiary fail to provide of any one , from since 5 year , then we clame to bank , please relise our margin fund , due to expiry date gone of bank guarantee, but ban not relise of our fund , bank says to us 1. Present original bank guarantee 2. No objection from benifisiary 3. Orde by Competent court relise of margin fund , please do something in this matter

Respected sir,
Facts:
In 2009 person has joined degree course , during final year of graduation.
he has joined to another course parallely. He successfully completed both degrees ( both are regular courses).
Now he is working and earning based on first degree.
Please suggest the legality of first degree?

Sir, my name is anurag my father mr. Suraj singh was died in oct 2014 by cancer during his service .in police head conestable ..he selected for s.i but died before joining ..i am his elder son doing 12ths so my query is how can i get job.. i thik first i have to do bsc the i apply for s.i by compassinate appointment it takes 4 years to complete my degree.. can i get s.i job after bsc?

I took an educational loan from SBT in 2007. Because of unemployment I couldn't pay the amount regularly, so the bank transferred the debt to Reliance ARC on jun 2015. what will be their next action?. can I have an option to pay by instalment? . loan period is 12 years after completion of the course. course was completed in 2011. please give me a reply.

EAR(Erection All Risks) Policy:- This insurance covers all types of risks involved in the erection of machinery, plant and steel structures of any kind, as well third-party claims in respect of property damage or bodily-injury arising in connection with the execution of an erection project.
Can Anyone Explain the detail difference between above Policies?

am serving in indian airforce from past 8 yrs,now am getting discharged on account of inefficiency and also been given gratuity. now, i want to know whether am elgible to ex-servicemen status or not
