Love Story

Hii...I belongs to Muslim community and I'm 23 years of old in love with a girl who is one year younger than me. We live in a very conservative society. The problem is that the girl's parents are against our relationship and they want to do her marriage with her close ones. When I sent my dad's friends to her home ,the girl said she doesn't know me due to her dad's torture. He is saying to produce proofs if any. I have lot of proofs (chats & photographs). Shall I proceed showing proofs to them or not? If yes, will they file any case on me on pretext of blackmailing her? I'm in a Dilemma..we both love each other very much. Kindly help me..pls

Regards,
Shaik.

Non-Consideration of candidature against a higher post

I work in a CPSU and am a confirmed employee at E3 level. Recently the subject PSU has floated a direct recruitment notice for filling 01 post at E5 level in the same department, wherein the opening was allowed to be filled by candidates belonging from any sector (I. e. Private or Govt. Sector).

As per the recruitment rules, the method to be adopted for recruitment at E5 level is through promotion only and the highest level to which process of direct recruitment is prescribed at E4 level for 50% of the vacant position.

The subject PSU has not yet circulated the promotion policy applicable to its employee, as the PSU is newly formed and the 01st. Recruitment has happened in 2013-14 only.

Since the prescribed eligibility norms for candidates from Pvt. Sectors is also getting complied by me, prior to joining this CPSU.

Under the circumstances, please guide me whether the PSU should have first asessed about the availability of suitable candidates internally or not? Prior to going ahead with the process of Direct Recruitment or not?

Also what will be the outcome, if I apply for the same? & whether I should apply with the profile of only Pvt. Sector or apply with my current details, since only 01 application is permitted to be made by a single candidate and the eligibility requirement stipulates to have a pay scale of E4 level for preceding 02 Yrs. If applicant happens to be from Govt. Sector.

An early reply to this query will be highly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards
Rajesh Jha

Clarification on Probation of a Will

Dear Sir/ Madam

I am in need of few clarification regarding the necessity of Probating a Will.

1. The will was registered at Karaikudi Sub Register office in Tamil Nadu in favour of the executors daughter -in - law.

2. Subsequently after a year the executor passed away leaving behind the executed will.

3. It is almost 21 years have passed after the demise of the executor. The will dosent have any specific details about the properties and other bank details. It has only highlighted generally that all receivables, movable and immovable properties present and anything that comes after my death will go to his daughter in law.

4. Incidentally there are few properties in chennai, now while taking steps for selling a property the prospective buyer insist for Probation of Will.

5. Does a registered will requires a Probation?

6. There are 4 daughters alive along with the son, if we move for probate we anticipate the daughters will raise an objection, whether these objections have any legal standings?
