As per bye law No.17(a)(vi) A Public Trust may admitted to membership of a Coop. Soc.
Question:
1. Can the Co-op. Housing society refuse admission to Public Trust if the premises is to be used for conducting charity activity in the premises.
2. What is the existing terms and condition of the Government Notification in this connection.

Dear Sir,
We rent a godown for our raw hides business in Bakaram, Musheerabad, Hyderabad since 2002. We have a rental agreement for the same and our business is registered in this address. We started the rent with agreement of Rs. 3200 in 2002 and gradually increasing it now to 6200/- after revising the rent around 1000 last year. Now the owner is demanding Rs. 8000/- from this month of April, which we have also agreed for. The one side wall of the premises belongs the adjacent building landlord, which he is demolishing for construction of new building in his place. Now our landlord is adamant and not agreeing to raise the wall of the premises that we rent and wants us to raise at our own cost or else vacate the premises. We have never defaulted the rent since the beginning, but he don't give us the receipt. Also the landlord takes possession of our godown for nearly 2 months every year during Bakrid festival, but we pay the rent for that 2 months also to him. Please advice me on this

Idea company sent me around 3000 mobile bill in December 2015 by saying rs 2500 of Internet usage. Normally my bill after 1 month used to be 200-400. I am sure I never used Internet on that mobile number but I had no proof. I terminated my mobile number by paying 3000 rs and got reciept. I feel cheated and want to clear it with company because I think that bill was overcharged. Please suggest me what should I do? I want to go in consumer court. Can I file RTI application from idea company to show me details?

I am from goa. My great grandfathr was having two wife. First wife is having one son and second wife is also having one son who is my grandfather. First son was issueless. Second son is my grandfathrr. As per comprimisso name of my great grand father and name of his first son is recorded in by laws as mahajan at the time of registration of devasthan however my grand father name is not recorded in the list of mahajans. As such i filed application for inclusion of our name as mahajans of devasthan butcommitte has refused to include our name because legal heirs of my greatgrand father have stated that we are not connected to their family and as we are strange to male descendant as per comprimisso objected to include our naame. As per compromisso of devasthan right of mahajan is heridatory. Please guide me what should i do.

Following are my queries..
if one pvt ltd Company has taken a business loan (packing Credit for export) from bank for 3 years against primary hypothecation of stock and collateral security of Factory building. At that time company had paid stamp duty on value of hypothecated property.
Now the same loan become due for renewal and there is no change in loan amount as well as property mortgaged. in this case 1)whether stamp duty is applicable against renewal of same loan?? AND
2)is stamp required for personal gurantee??

I have purchased a land from some one, for 1100000/-on 9/3/2013 at the time of purchse agreement is written . the main details of agreement is if the sellers is paid the my ammount with 24 % interest within three months Iwill take my money back and I dont wont land, if he fails to give money he need toregister land to me, and on 28/2/2014 he repaid 100000/- amont to me. in this case what is the time bond,or no time bond

road accident
My husband met with a major accident last due. His left side hip bone was fractured 3 times. Due to this I had to leave my job and we were unemployed for 7-8 months. Huge amount was spent on his cure. The main reason for the accident was no streetlights on the road and it's pathetic condition. Please let us know the possible way through which we can claimcompensation.
