I'm sambhav jain from New Delhi,India,
I saw an ad on olx for iPhone 6s 64gb,I gave my no. to seller,he sent pics all docs like bill,pics, pan card,driving licence,I checked online warranty and asked him to delete all data and he called up next day on 19.3.16 that he has shipped it via Dtdc now it's Saturday so deposit 31000 in his or his friends account ,I deposited it ,when the mobile didn't come next day I called him up and he didn't receive, at night I tried again, he said next morning I'll receive, next day afternoon we just received empty envelope with rubbish papers in it.I call his no. and tell him what he sent,he disconnected my call and his no. is switched off now.pls help

I was employed with a Tulip Telecom Limited from Aug 2011 and superannuated in May 2013. The company has deducted PF from my salary since my joining and they have also deposited the same till Apr 2012. But since May 2012 my employer has stopped depositing PF to EPFO till my superannuation. I had sent five letters to CMD by registered post which went unresponded. Thereafter I have sent two registered letter to EPFO, New Delhi along with my appointment letter,salary structure, my relieving letter, salary slips and my bank a/c statement to substantiate my claims.
I have requested EPFO for Determination of my EPF amount and settlement of PF amount under Section 7A Sub Section 1(b) of EPF & MP Act 1952.
The EPFO has responded that the 7A enquiry has been initiated but not yet finalised and the records are with the Assistant Official Liquidator. The company is under liquidation. I had requested them to provide me the list of Employees for whom the company has deposited PF. EPFO has denied stating they cannot give 3rd party information. My asking was only to confirm whether the company has deposited PF for existing employees and left out employee who had resigned or superannuated.
Kindly advice how do I recover my PF dues. Whether EPFO is responsible to recover the same or individuals will have to fight the case for recovery with Tulip Telecom.

Sir/Madame I am n Naveen Kumar loving a 24 year old girl since 4 years we r working as teachers at a same private school.. My caste is belong to SC (madiga) and she belong to BC ( goldsmith). My family members knew her well and they like her most....but her parents not accepting and they never accept anymore because as my caste is lower caste.... Very recently we have taken a decision that we will get registered marriage. So far I did not have any knowledge about registration marriage as where to get and what will be the procedure ...my kind request is that could you pls let us know the procedure ,time and cost ...our's is a same town and our place is near by Hyderabad city .. We don't want to consult police station I,e we won't like it becomes a issue in our home town.... Thanking you sir/madam

Sir,
Employee of Corporate Member is staying in the Society.
Society charges Corporate member Parking charges same as other members.(for its own vehicle.
Employee is treated as non member as far as parking is concerned and charged accordingly which is higher than the charged to member
Is it right?
If not please explain why?

A central govt or PSU employee during his service time he aquires LLB as additional qualification.
1. Now can he enroll himself in Bar council of Bangalore chapter.
2. Without leaving the present job does he entitle himself to attend court proceedings & arguments.
3. Can he issue legal opinions duly signed by himself.

X born in India but brought up in America when his parents (Indians) 17-20 years ago went from India to America and settled therein. Now X (NRI son) wants to come back to India and settle some business in India and want the citizenship of India as his parents are Indian.
X (NRI) have time of 6 months for legal formalities to be done for his Indian Citizenship. but X also do not want to leave America and if he fails to establish business in India, he can able to go back to America so X wants that his citizenship of America do not get cancelled thereof.
Q-1. How and when X can get the citizenship of India?
Q-2. Is there any permission necessary from central/state govt.?
Q-3. When and where X can apply to get the citizenship of India?
Q-4. Can X get dual citizenship. If yes, what is the procedure ?
Q-5. Any other remedy for X to get citizenship of India?

My husband met with a major accident last june. His left side hip bone was fractured 3 times. Due to this I had to leave my job and we were unemployed for 7-8 months. Huge amount was spent on his cure. The main reason for the accident was no streetlights on the road and it's pathetic condition. Please let us know the possible way through which we can claimcompensation.

Regarding cgtmse loan scheme for recovery
Dear Sir, I want to inquire as to what proceedings could be undertaken by Public Banks in case the whole amount of loan is covered under CGTMSE (Credit Gurantee Trust for Medium and Small Enterprises). The borrower is in the medical equipment manufacturing industry due to unavoidable circumstances the company had to be closed. The loan was granted under msme.Now the bank has moved DRT and is asking the directors for there personal assets details.Please Reply at the earliest..!!! Aanshumaan
