Sir, I had received explation letter on February 2016 by my employer and I have submitted my reply. But now again my employer has issued me explation letter on the same lapses. Whether it is correct.

I am parakh sharma I had filed a case against a online medicine app company and have submitted all proof against them .case was filed 5 months ago in indore consumer court and I was a student at that time and hence always able to attend dates of courts but now I have completed my education and return back to my home town uttrakhand , the problem is now I am not be able to attend dates of court as it's in indore and thus suffering mentally problem about this situation and thus I want to withdraw my case because I will not be able to go there every time thus I want to take advice now . Is there any solution by which I can withdraw my case without any negative effect on me or any kind of fine or penalty. Thank you

Can a trader move to consumer court when he incurred loss by the advisory company, if yes what is the procedure to approach?

Our upper floor flat owner is not repairing his toilate seepage to my flat.we have informed to upper floor flat owner and also society committee 2 mths back but nobody has taken action till now and construction of building is not permitted by govt. Kindly advice the legal action that we can take�

In the case, in which buyer didnt get the said amenties by builder.flat is in possession of buyer. but Building is still not complete and there is no lift in the building and there is only one flat is sold. on first floor. Now the owner of this flate in firstfloor want to complaint to the consumer forum. Can the complaint can be made to refund the price of flat... can he? Howmuch compensatin can be met? and how much should we seek? built up area is near about 30 sq.ft and price is aboout 14 lacs

Hi,
This is harsh mathur from delhi. I worked at iyogi for 3 years and 8 months and left it on 23rd of Dec 2015. According to iyogi's rules and regulations, I should have got my fnf within 45 days however I was requested to wait for other 2 months as they said, co.didn't have funds available. I again requested my fnf on its date (26.04.2016). Pryanka Jain (HR) called in stating, fnf date has been deferred due to financial condition however she assured me, I would be getting my fnf on 25th of July. I again requested them for fnf a couple of days ago but they again deferred my fnf date and said the same thing "we don't have funds available".. I have emailed them thrice but no response. I called Pryanka last night, she was so rude and hung up the call by saying "do whatever you want".
I need your support. Please advise what neess to be done.
