Hello Sir, I hv a question in my mind that a one year back my wife expired in a road accident by a minor boy (16 yrs) riding motor cycle, he had no licence, my wife (36 yrs) was working with annual ITR Rs. 3.5 lacs, i hv 2 sons ( 10 and 7 yrs), police filed fir and case in on going state vs accused, the bike was not in his name, it was in his relative's name, some one told that u can file MACT case against insurance company,bike owner and also with accused. Plz guide me that can i file claim case against them, my query is as below:
1. Is the insurance company is liable to pay becoz minor was riding.
2. is the bike owner is liable if he refuse that he has not made accident.
I hv many confusions regarding this and seeking a better guidance from ur side, will be very thankful to you for solving my query.

Respected Members, hope & wish that you'll be in the best of health.
I have two quick ONEZ :
a). In a DV case the honorable mahila court had granted right to residence by my beloved 2 years ago, still she has not returned. There was a "STAY" put on that property & I was ordered not to DISPOSE IT OFF till the case reaches it's conclusion.
Now in an interim maintenance case, another honorable mahila court has ordered warrant of attachment for not paying the interim as my beloved had filed execution.
My query is : can one property which is already under a stay order by a court can be attached again in done other litigation ?
b). There has not been a fraction of proof against me, secondly my beloved is earning nearly 45k per month in her job, is more qualified than me, living apart due to her own volition, does not let me even speak with our child, filed three kidnapping complaints against me, no receipts of expenses attached till date.
Most importantly : all the maintenance required are absolute lies I filed perjury which the court also acknowledged & registered it as a fresh case. Not even a single guideline has been followed. Since 3 years I've been begging for just 5 min to speak & to produce the proofs of my innocence but to no avail.
Apart from appealing in the High Court, what can be done in both the scenarios ?

the court of justice / judge is on duty, present,not absent civil matter:
no application given etc.
"judge present in court" a case can be transfer to another judge ??, after a zimini order back to same judge same day yes or no
any law rule cpc etc on this matter
the position authorized to do this??

I would Like To know If a Case From 20 Years ago can be Reopened? A case where a U.S citizen(child)was Killed in a Car Accident out of the US. The Case Was Brought back into US grounds. Where many Details were left out and Husband Sues the Car Company &Myself. I would Like To Know if a case this can Be Reopened if it was decared closed ?

Dear all,
Please guide me through this situation. A trust registered with mumbai charity commissioner is in possesion of few dtructures in a slum whose land is owned by a individual and the trust is on lease not registered.
The trust has converted the structures into a mosque and madrasa. Madrasa being given a minority certificate by minority development department maharastra but mosque is no where in government records.
Also they are running a unrecognised school in the same.
I want to complaint about them and get things done in legal way.
Please guide me which department is concerned with religious places in private property and which law governs the same.

Sir, I got a show cause notice from RPO Jaipur with ref. no:SCN/306723090/16 stating difference in father's name.Sir In my application I have applied as SHERIN SAMUEL s/o CANNIMALVADAKKATHIL DANIEL SAMUEL. But except my birth certificate, all other documents have CD SAMUEL as my father name.It resulted in adverse police verification.
Sir they are asking proper clarification within 30 days from issue of SCN dated 15 July 2016 via registered post.
Sir please clarify what should I produce along with documents so I should have a strong point that both names are of same person and thus no confusion in police report
