I have purchased a car in the name of my father in law on 2014. As per RC owner is father in law but all kinds of responsibility is mine like financer's payment and any others related to car. Ihave made nearabout 28 payment to financer. Out of 28 only 2 emi paid via chq which was transferred from my account to father in law account and rest emis paid via cash to financer. At the time of payment financer has provide me the payment proof and taken my signature on their duplicate payment proof. Now my father and mother in law trying to captured my all property due to this terget they are setup their daighter and put a case against me... clamming thay I have theft that car. Due to this reason I have arrested and police has recovered that car from showroom where the said car stands for servicing. As per I/Os report car to be returned to registered owner but the same has returned to my wife with the bond of rs 6lakh also order that same need to be shown when court will call for, this car's natured caharacter not to be changed, sale and handover not to be done also colour not to be changed till case disposal. Post received the car from the court my wife and her parents has sale the car but ownerahip yet to changed also setteled customer has made the financer's dues. Kindly suggest below points 1.what kinds of actions to be taken by court. .. 2.is there any possibility to get the car in fevour of mine. 3. Post selling this car in what ground they are easily rescue from non abiding court's order. Need you suggestion to clear the above point ASAP. Thank you.

One of my friends joined Indian army in 2004.He left the job in 2008.He came home on leave and did not return his unit.Later he sent his resignation letter and army Id-card by registered post.In that time police came to his house once for enquiry.Thence there is no further enquiry neither from police nor from his unit so far.Now in 2016 he cleared the mains of west bengal civil service exam and faced the interview successfully.He is sure to get an appointment.will there be any problem regarding police verification due to his previous army job?

After obtaining conveyence in favour our society,we applied for change of name in property card in favour our society in 05-05-2014.as our property falls under B-1

If wife is living separately from husband due to frequent arguments and fights and if she doesn't want to go back and live with him and if husband is threatening he will commit suicide if she won't live with him. What should she do? If she files NC against suicide threats what is course of action taken by police? Will they call her husband? Because there is major risk of his committing suicide if police calls him for such complaint.

Hello sir,
My name is wasim and I have disputed 1,52,000/- from Hdfc and 50k from citi bank. After paying the holiday membership within a minute I came to my mind to check the merchant reviews in Google. And I came to know it's a fraud company. So I raised a dispute immediately and blocked my both the cards. But now the banks are asking for refund copy from the merchant but the merchant is fraud and not picking my calls now replaying to my mails.
I want to take a legal action against the bank and the merchant. So please advise me to do the same.

Hi , I got a call from one of my client saying that local police are forcing him not to Offer cross gender massage in the spa at Bangalore , he got licence to run spa and salon in the premises also .
But how and why police can question him when he is running it professionally ? Pls refer me any judgements favouring this

We are running a partnership firm with 2 partners and one partner is absent without any information since 3 months and separately there is a civil suite pending between the partners in regard to the property in which the partner ship firm is doing business,Dispute is about the title of the property as it was gifted to one of the partners (all are her sons)
