Co operative Hsg Society bye laws

1) Our housing Society is registered in 2002 i am also member of the housing Society. 2) One of the members take possession in 2000 3)Society make him member in 2004. 3) He is defaulter of society since taking possession. 4) Now society is file a case under mcs act section 101. 5) Now my question is society can recover the whole amount with interest, as per maharashtra state bye laws society can charge 21% rate of interest on property tax and general maintenance or only charge interest on general maintenance only. Society is giving exorbitant amount of maintenance bill from when he take possession. Now I noticed that which bill is society is gave him from 2002 is not match with current statement of account which is attach in a file of 101. For example in months of January 2002 his bill showing 30,000 outstanding but now when I am see in 101 file there is showing only 2500. In this society will get recovery certificate of whole amount which is files in suit or registrar give order only pay the principal amount to the defaulter member.

Rti

DEAR EXPERTS NAMASKARAMS. In recent days I heard some instances under RTI. It is well known that any one may seek any information (except under R-8). But unwanted information is also being sought by some persons and if we read the questions sought for, it will be clearly understood that there is no necessity with that information with them. For instance, a person has sought information on Fair Adangals (Pahani) for the entire village for the years 1940 to 1970. As a retired employee I know that it is practically not possible to give such information in the limited time because it is very difficult to search that old record. and there is possibility to damage due to insects etc., for the register from 1940 to 70. And in another case one person sought information regarding the service particulars as noted in Service Register of an employee and a copy of the service register. There is no necessity with the service register to an unknown person.

So is there any rule not to issue such information? can a PIO has discretion power in such cases?

Co-op hsg matters

OUR SOCIETY OFFICE BEARERS MANIPULATING AND MISAPPROPRIATING THE SOCIETY FUND. NOT FOLLOWING ANY BYE LAWS AND TAKING THE ADVANTAGE OF UN EDUCATED OR UNINTERESTED MEMBERS.

I HAVE MADE 3-4 COMPLAINTS TO DY. REGISTRAR BUT NOT ACTION OR ANY LETTER THEY RESPONDED.

HOW DO I STOP THIS AND MAKE THIS OFFICE BEARERS KNOW THAT THERE IS A LAW IN THIS LAND.

Re-appeal against board of nominee judgement

Sir,
In a case filed by A co-operative Bank, with Board of Nominee against me for recovery of Housing loan amount which was ordered ex-party by Board of Nominees, due to non attending court by my advocate.

Under the circumstances, aggrieved by the ex-party judgement given in favour of bank,I have appealed in TRIBUNAL.

If tribunal judge, re-sends the case to Board of Nominee for Remand/Reviewal, and if judgement is again in favour of bank, what will be my plateform to go for Appeal again, whether it will be again Tribunal or Directly to High court.or whether I can not go for appeal anywhere.

Kindly guide me.
Thanks.
