Sir,
Q1. I am holding an office bearers post in EPF Staff Union which is affiliated to a All India EPF Staff federation. The federation is not a registered body. Can I take a membership in a proposed All India Re-Employed Ex-Servicemen Association which is affiliated to Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh.
Q2. Can I become an Office Bearer in the above association, inspite of holding the post in other federation.
Q3. What is the criteria for dual membership and also pls provide a copy of letters pertaining to dual membership.
Pls enlighten me with your expert guidance.
Regards

I jointly bought a flat in Vasai along with my mother in Feb.1999. We had paid the stamp duty but did not register the property, the original (first party documents along with his original agreement are with us. We were issued with a share certificate by the society and also we have been staying in the society since then. Now I want to sell my property and the society declined to give N.O.C. On pretext of not having registration. Also states that we are not the members and harassing us. Please help.
Dear All
This is to inform that our trust vehicle met with an accident today evening the details as follows
Our tempo traveler driver (staff) was dropping our staff to bus stand and was returning to office, during his return to office, he was behind a lorry truck, The lorry driver suddenly put the break and failed to move on account of this our vehicle hit the lorry from the backside since the lorry driver abruptly put the break and stopped.
There were a couple in the tempo where a mild injury has caused to the woman on her leg, she was immediately admitted in the hospital followed by an Xray, where the doctor said there is no danger as such, However she needs rest for 24 to 48 hours.
The hospital officials immediately sent the information to traffic police station and registered as MLC. Where both the vehicles are in custody.
Our vehicle is insured and have all the related documents on record. We are told to come and meet the police officials tomorrow to tell our decision to file FIR or not. We have decided to file FIR.
1.Should we file FIR? Will we be eligible for insurance claim if we file FIR.
2. Without FIR can we claim insurance?
3.Do we need to hire an advocate?
4.What will be the procedure from police side and insurance side
Please treat this query as an emergency and look forward for your kind and needful guidance.
Respected Experts.. Good morning
My query is that a lawyer 'X' has represented me in a writ petition in the year 2009 against a person 'Y' in the matter of a school management. The writ was dismissed against me in the year 2009 itself. The lawyer 'X' is very well known about all minute facts of each and every aspect of our society and school management since 2009.
Now in the year 2016 the lawyer 'X' has filled a writ petition against me being person ' Y' as his petitioner, though I have filled a caveat being Necessary party and complainant in High court but the lawyer didn't make me party respondent and sought ex parte status quo without making me Party. So what can I do against that lawyer who was my legal representative in the year 2009 against a person 'Y' and now sane lawyer is representing person Y litigating Against me and getting ex parte order by frivolous and wrong petition by misdirecting the court ...I want to remove him from that case as he was very well known about all relevant facts from my side also ...can I complaint against him and to whom the complaint should be made....

Experts,
1. I have 4 cases filed by my wife in another state and we have a transfer petition in Hon. SC
2. In the mean time, if one of the cases say maintenance case gets decided and we feel that the judgement was against us and we have good grounds to appeal in the HC.
3. Could we ask the Hon'ble SC to transfer the decided case as well to my state so that we can appeal in the HC of our state. If yes then what is the time limit for it.
4. If we appeal in the HC of other state where the case was decided, can we ask the SC to transfer that case to the HC of our state without filing a new transfer petition for the same.

Dear Experts,
I have a query relating to recovery of notice pay by the employer.
In my previous company I before leaving the job I served short notice period. So in F&F settlement, some amount became recoverable from me.
Now the employer has sent notice to me indicating payment of notice pay.
Even if this clause is there in offer letter, is it valid by employer to sent this notice? What is the consequences if I dont pay the amount?
Kindly reply, its urgent.
