Education Trust was leased a piece of land in Mumbai to run the school by Wadia Trust in 1960. The education trust has not been engage in education or any kind of activities for the last 30 years. The secretary and chairman of trust give the premises on rent for the marriages and other function no member of the trust raises any objection.
What kind of legal action can be taken against the trust.

Respected Sir,
I work for an PSU coming owned by ministry of defence on permanent basis as an Electrical supervisor. On my own interest i Joined Diploma in pharmacy & likely to complete the course within the duration of 6 months.
My wife is a B.com Graduate & have more responsibility to take care of small kids & aged parents & in-law's.
My doubts are as follows.
1)After my D Pharma course i can register myself as pharmacist.
2) Can i open medical shop in my wife name and i as a pharmacist to support my spouse will look after the medical shop after my office working hours.
3) In the morning times can i appoint a pharmacist to look after the medical shop in the absence of myself.
4) The TAX & all money related transaction will be in my spouse's name.
Can we do this. Please advice Sirs

One of my debtor has 60 lakh remaining in my firm.
It is not repaying that amount.in my audit report as on 31 March 2016 it has balance of 33 lakh. In 1st quarter of 2015-16 sale of 27 lakh also made to that party.
Now I want to get that money from that debtor.
I want to ask that what results can be there if I file a case against the party in court????
It's urgent for me

I stay as a tenant in one of the Mhada registered society, My wife takes home tutions in evening 7-9pm for children's below 10 years.
My Owner doesn't have any problem with us & even neighbors doesn't have any problem, but society president & other 2-3 members are threatening us & issued a notice from Mhada to my owner not to take home tutions as this is commercial activity or else vacant the flat.
Sir, Kindly let me know byelaw's of cooperative housing society is this really commercial activity? as a tenant can i have rights to take home tutions?

AFTER A DISPUTE BETWEEN THE BORROWER AND THE GUARANTOR, THE GUARANTOR IS NOW DEMANDING COPIES OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE VALUATION REPORT OBTAINED BY THE BANK FOR THE VALUATION OF MORTGAGED PROPERTY.
NOW THE QUESTION IS, IS THERE ANY BAR FOR NOT PARTING WITH THE LOAN DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THE EVALUATION REPORT OR THE BANK CAN PART WITH THE COPIES OF THE LOAN DOCUMENTS?

I joined as a ‘Class C employee’ under a department in Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, on 02/03/2012. I ‘technically resigned’ from the above said post (Basic pay- Rs. 6854/- & Grade pay-Rs.2000/-) on 08/03/2016 and joined in a higher post (Class C employee, Basic Pay-Rs.9350/- & Grade Pay- Rs.4200/-) on 13/03/2016 in same department by direct recruitment (under another Drawing & Disbursing Officer).
I requested to previous Drawing & Disbursing Officer to release the bonus for the period 2015-2016. But it was not released from that office till now.
My humble question is, am I eligible to draw the bonus for the period 2015-2016. If I am eligible, how can I proceed for that? (Now I am drawing basic pay Rs.44900/- (level 7)).

second marriage without informing me
M a Hindu girl married to a muslim boy being converted as muslim.My marriage is nt registered.we r together frm last 6 yrs having a daughter of 4 years.nw he got married to a muslim girl without my concern frm last 1 year.I was nt aware of it.As a proof he is mentioned my name in his passport as his wife name.but at the same time she is holding the passport with my husband's name.At the same time.me and my daughter also holding the passport with his name.is her (muslim girl) passport valid?And he has divorced me nw which is jst notary,not a legal court divorce.what is the legal action i can take on him?kindly suggest .m in a big mess.
