I appealed to cancel the registration Entry, before naib Collector Office (SDM).
Matter: The Land was on my step brother name,But as per the family agreement,the disputed land will be under the possession & Administration of my Mother, from its yield
she will maintain the Clothes & Customs of Three Sisters and her Livelihood till she Alive.The Disputed Labd was in possession of my mother, but Step brother sold without informing and taking Consent from my mother as land was under the possession of mother as per family Agreement.
SDM disappove the Application as Opponent submitted the Highcourt Judgement 1996(2) GLR 525and 1996 (3)GPC-691 state that SDM Court has no Authority to decide the owner of the Title land.
The SDM has given the Judgement that since this Court has no Authority, hence for sale you should go to civil court.
But the main Appeal was that, i applied for cancellation of Registration Entry, which is made by E-dhara mamlatdar on the base of Sale deed, but he should have verified the revenue Records.
My querry is that: Is SDM Authorised to cancel the Entry or not, else he has given right Judgement. If i go for Revision before District collector, is collector has the right or Authority to give judgement or refer back to SDM for revision. pl advice.

Hi,
I would like to explain here- one of my friend purchased a new car and used my credit card with my consent to make the down payment. The transaction value is 50,500/-.
To discharge this liability he issued me two cheques of 20,000 and 30,000 each. Both cheques were dishonoured twice, latest on 29/03/2017. Now he is not attending my phone calls and refused to return the amount.
Knowing the fact it is not a very big amount to fight for but I think I should not let him go away without make him realize for his fault.
I decided and issued him a legal notice u/s 138 on 11/04/2017 directing him to return the entire amount within 7 days.
Jurisdiction in my case would be Saket court, Delhi. However we both residing at Ghaziabad, U.P.
What are the remedies available to me in this case and how much possibility is there - I will win the case in how much time?
Kindly suggest.

Dear sir this is sudhakat belongs to OBC i was married with girl who belongs to SC catogary.our registrar told me after marriage wife caste will be husband's caste.but have doubt what is my wife caste after inter caste marriage either OBC OR SC.

Administrator is appointed in the society by the asst registrar on 24th march 2017 order.
the new auditor has called only once to the society committee but did not turn up to take the charge since last 20 days.ALL SOCIETY maintenance and collection of dues is held up. Please advise what to do in such casess if the administrator is not interested to come and take charge.

In DRT judge have a power to call public authority (emigration officer) to produce a visa details of alleged accused who is deceased means on which section.
1. In this accused legal heirs are impleaded that they have to prove at that time the said alleged accused was not here.
2. The legal heir can not have any original documents of passport and visa details
What are possible ways to call public authority to prove the case

Regarding corporal punishment
Dear Sir/Madam,
My child age about 5 years was given corporal punishment in his play school by his School principal.
when i came to know i went to meet the principal but the principal misbehaved with me and asked me to take my child to some other school that too in mid session.
I had even reported the matter to the Deputy Commission and also to District Child protection committee.
The District child protection committee started blaming me for the incident and not a single time the principal was called by the committee on the other we were given harassment as per our knowledge the principal might have bribed them our some pressure might have been given to them from any higher authority.
Can you let me know how i could justice for my child.
