In DRT judge have a power to call public authority (emigration officer) to produce a visa details of alleged accused who is deceased means on which section.
1. In this accused legal heirs are impleaded that they have to prove at that time the said alleged accused was not here.
2. The legal heir can not have any original documents of passport and visa details
What are possible ways to call public authority to prove the case
