Sir
I have been given charge sheet under rule 14 mentioning the loss of government property.
Inquiry is closed but inquiry officer is adding additional documents which were not asked by me nor provided to me with charge sheet.
kindly give your suggestion whether such documents can be added during inquiry proceedings.
They do not have any other documents to support their charges

THIS MATTER ENDED NEXT DAY WHEN SHE WAS WITH ME A POLICEMAN CAME TO MY HOUSE AND SAID YOU ARE DOING WRONG.
I SAID ON WHAT LEGAL GROUNDS ARE YOU SAYING ME THIS? I EXPLAINED HIM WE ARE IN RELATIONSHIP AND SHE IS WITH HIM AT HER OWN WILL I HAVE NOT FORCED HER. HE SAID YE SAB NAHI CHALTA..
NOW PEOPLE OF MY SOCIETY ARE FORCING ME TO VACATE THE HOUSE I HAVE FOLLOWING QUERIES 1. IS THE ACTION OF PEOPLE LEGALLY VALID? 2. IS THE POLICEMAN WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE IS LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO DO SO ?

Please advise if an npo/trust/society can raise funds for donation crowd funding using technology platform. Buy and sell products of NGOs with the help of website n apps. Does it require any formalities? How does it work if my ngo wants to get involved into a project as mentioned above.

I had booked a flat with a builder. During the booking the builder got signed a declaration form(pre-printed in the letter head of the builder)on April 2015 wherein it was stated in one of the clause that if the Development plan is not approved on or before 31.3.2015, then I shall have the option to seek refund from the builder for the amount towards initial reservation of the flat along with 15% simple interest. It is on the record that the Development plan was approved on 1.8.2016. I had intimated the builder regarding my opting out from the booking on 25.10.2016 and requested them to refund the amount deposited by me along with interest@15%p.a. but after much pursuation the builder refunded only principal amount only without interest. I filed a complaint in the Dist. Consumer Forum. Learned Dist. Forum at the admission stage itself rejected my complaint holding that "once complainant received the amount back from OP he seized to be the consumer. Secondly the complainant himself cancelled the booking of the flat and the OP refunded the entire amount paid by the complainant. Therefore, there is no privity of contract existing. Further the complainant cannot claim only interest by filing complaint and the subject matter will not come under the domain of the Consumer Protection Act." In fact I had prayed for interest + Compensastion + damage for deficiaency in service + cost.
Agrieved with the order, I had approached the State Consumer Forum. Now State Forum seeks from me to place any citation for allowing the complaint for interest.

Hi,
I have been selected for the Scientist position in one of CSIR labs, India. Its been 9 months since the results were announced. When I contact the administration, they told me that they are waiting for IB clearance and they also informed me that anyone who stayed in abroad for more than 1 year will be needed IB clearance before taking appointment. I came to know that they have sent the documents to IB for verification six months ago. Here, my query is, is there any time frame for IB clearance process? If so, how long? and also is it possible to proceed legally to expedite the process?

I am the victim of cyber crime some one transfer fund from my bank account without my knowledge. I never share my bank details to anyone. Its online fraud transaction. I inform the bank and police by formal application but they do nothing even not lodge FIR. what shouf i do? I come to know that i may complain to adjudicating officers under it act 2000? Help me to save my hard money .

What is the proceedings to file a case against a sra project
I would like to know what is the proceedings to file a case against a SRA project where the building is come up last nine years but no room is allotted by the builders and the documents are forged as by the builder authority and now is denying to allot my flats in the said project from the last 11 years. The builder was paying rent but for two years has stop the payment and is now saying we dont have enough evidence to claim the room. We had send a legal notice which he did not acknowledge. Where should i go and what step should i take in this case.
