1.There were 2 partners in a firm which has started in 1980.
2. one lady entered in a partnership firm as a partner in the firm and at the same time one partner retired.
3. it is written in the deed that the retiring partner is not taking anything from the firm , and all the old liabilities will be taken care by the continuing partner.
3. AS soon as the old partner retired within 2 months, the continuing partner has ran away and not traceable.
4. There are many old liabilities which are not settled and all the creditors, employees , govt officers are giving trouble to the partner who has just entered.
5. it is found that the old partners had opened personal accounts and have transferred the money recovered from the customers to their personal and joint accounts.
6. The old partners are also indulged in arranging FAKE C forms.
7. They used fake address of one of the partner also.
What the partner can do because she is lady and really in financial and mental trouble .

Hi, i have got a slip from MCD employee, visiting for mosquitos in coolers, to be present and answer in thees hazari court on 23 aug 2017.
Now I have 2 questions , can we go before the mention date, and 2nd can my wife go in place of me.
please help.

I have done marriage in mandir and register in high court with protection. I dont want to show my parents about court marriage i want to convience them for simple maarige but now my lawyer says that order will be circulated and police will reach your home. Is that correct?

If the buyer has paid the stamp duty and the seller does not want to sell property because of sudden financial crisis of seller, can buyer refund stamp duty? Or seller is liable to get fined by law?

Sir, I am a govt emplyoyee. I was charge sheeted on some case of common proceedings in aug 2016. I submitted my reply on time but the other officials have not submitted Thier replies due to this enquiry officer is not appointed yet. Due to this chargesheet my promotion was also deferred in last month. I requested the management many times but none has happened till now. Can I do a court case for this And if I do a court case against department will it create a negative effect on the judgement of my chargesheet. If my chargesheet will still pending when I will promoted acc to service regulations

I have heard from someone that passport can be used as surety.

A consumer, having contact demand of 499 KVA (admittedly such High Tension Over Head line was disconnected in September, 2016), allegedly committed theft of electricity in November, 2016 and the inspecting team of WBSEDCL, without police force, found 10.4 KW load was consumed by the consumer through PVC wire (2x150 ft) from a nearby Low Tension Over Head Line having maximum capacity to provide 63 KVA load and such PVC wire along with hooking device has been seized. On the date of inspection i.e. November, 2016 TOD meter room of WBSEDCL in the consumer's premises was under proper seal, done by WBSEDCL at the time of disconnection in September, 2016. Proceeding u/s 135 initiated, accused got bail. Assessing Officer u/s 126 has considered 499 KVA for final assessment u/s 126(3) and Appellate Authority u/s 127 has affirmed such assessment. Regulation 5.1 of West Bengal Electricity Supply Code Regulation, 2003 provides for assessment u/s 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and provides "load found at the time of inspection or contact demand whichever is higher" is to be taken into account for such assessment. Now question is whether in the present facts and circumstances applicability and / or validity of Regulation 5.1 can be challenged, as WBSEDCL has no capacity to provide 499 KVA supply through 63 KVA transformer. Requires expert opinion along with supported judgement, if any.
