Hi Expert,
I was change my house meter on dec 16. Now we received recent electricity bill from mseb Rs. 9380/- as we ask to section officer regarding this bill they reply that from dec 16 to July 17 we were given to you average basis Bill. Now actual reading bill has generated towards us & that reason your bill has came of Rs. 9380/-
Please guide to how I take action for negligence for the proper riding not mentioned against mseb

Good day,
The gurantator property has been auctioned by bank and issued sale certificate to highest bidder .the gurantator has approached DRT and the sale was set aside.further bank and highest biddder approached Appelt tribunal and won the case .the gurantator approached high court and the case is pending.
Presently the highest biddder and gurantator has compromised un officially and the gurantator will withdraw the case .
Further the bidder has agreed to sale the property to relative of gurantator-X
Could any body advise what is the leagal way to transfer the property to -X by bidder
Please advise few easiest solutions.

dear sir the association of persons is necessary to get registration if so under which law ? we would like to form an association of artist like musicians,singers artist,organisers
but i confused where i have register in gujarat if some one said as association of persons need not be get registration but i wants to register it please be inform me the process

Respected Sirs,
My cousin Mr. Rajesh ( 41 years ) has a collegue at his office Mr. Palani ( 46 years ). They both are very close and Jovial. Secondly Rajesh and palani also shared their dais on Drama competition sponsored by Company cultural activities a very long back.
Recently Rajesh posted in FB message as " Veeradi veera Raja marthanda Raja Gambira Palani Maharaj ki Jai" on palani.
Since it's being social networking Palani though jovial all these days now become very serious about Rajesh and is on the way to file police case against Rajesh. More over Rajesh has send friend request to palani just a month ago and was accepted by palani.
Last week only Rajesh posted meesage to Palani and that too only once and not to hurt him mentally. It is just a drama lyrics practice only. Inspite of several requests but palani is adament to suit the case against Rajesh.
I request you to guide us sirs

Saptapadi has not been performed.
Saptapadi is essentially a requirement if both are Hindu (Jatt & Baniya)
There has been No cohabitation even after marriage.
Physical relation established prior to getting the certificate & continued afterwards also for some time.
marriage not registered in court, Boy now wants the certificate cancelled but the girl doesn't.
is it a valid marriage if customs not performed & who has the burden of proof if the boy wants the certificate to be cancelled.
can the boy get married to some other girl without getting the Arya Samaj certificate cancelled?

SIR,
I need an urgent help oh HRA issue relevant to this current thread topic. Please help me with your valuable suggestion with related Govt. order.
I need to know the admissible HRA the husband in the following case can draw:
1) The husband works in South Bengal State Transport Corporation(A Govt. of W.B. Undertaking)presently posted at Purilia.(W.B.)
2) The wife works in West Bengal Health Service. Presently posted at Singur, Hoogly.(W.B.)
3) The wife has taken a government quarter at Singur and does not draw HRA.
4) The husband stays at Purulia.
5) The distance between Purulia & Singur is 275 KM(approx)
Please let me know if any further information is required. Thanks in advance.

Rejoining job after resignation
