We need a draft MOU between two companies X and Y for the following -
1) X is doing a business of Mechanical works in Industrial Construction Projects
2) Y is doing a business of Civil works in Industrial Construction Projects
Now, X & Y would like to have the understanding for -
a) to work together where both Mechanical and Civil works are to be executed combinedly &
b) where civil works are only to be executed, Y shall execute the works under X.
In both the case, X would be a Prime/Lead Bidder and Contract will be bagged in the name of X.

Hi All
I have applied for PNB met life ulip policy in the month of Aug 2016.while filling the application I have provided a cheque for first instilment premium. The premium amount was deducted from my account but I haven't received policy or premium receipt till last month. The PNB met life team saying we sent the policy document on 19.08.2016
and it is returned back due to invalid address.I haven't receive any mail communication ,phone call or SMS before or after sending the policy document .They are not showing the proof of mail communication. In the month of Jan 2017 I spoked with respective customer care team as well as employee(who took the application) of PNB Metlife ,They said there is no policy document on my name. All of sudden I'm getting second installment premium due date SMS and second installment premium automatically deducted from my account from my bank account before crossing the due date.
I have all the proof for call details .My concern is due lack policy premium details in the financial year 2016-2017 I have paid more money as income tax because I'm able to show only 90K under 80C.Now I'm not happy to continue with this policy because of above reason and I want my money back which I was paid as an extra amount in the income tax and total paid premium amount without tax and want to close this policy

Nasmasthae Sirs,
Nowadays atleast basic cell phone model with no camera and memory card is crucial for the Citizens of the country. Because Mobile phone is linked to Adhar card, Pan card, Banking sector and list goes to many.
The Mobile has become the part of human organ in recent times when country is going for Digital India and communication to all.
But few Govt organizations is curbing the practice of bringing at least basic phones inside the organization by its employees. I believe the fundamental rights of the citizens are violated in this practice.
Secondly the use of basic cell phones ( No camera, No memory, No smart phone ) will not leak any organization data to the outside world. The basic Keyboard cell serves the purpose of
a) Remote communication during field works
b) Job rotation works
c) Banking transactions ( OTP passwd )
d) Railway Booking ( OTP passwd )
e) Family Emergency situations
f) Adhar, Pan card , Passport and linkages to many Govt institutions.
In this regard; Please help me out in understanding the necessity of basic cell phones at present times.

Narahari

I had made an accident with my car to a moped rider. The victim is wounded and it seems that he had some fracture in his leg. I had immediately informed the police and also phoned to Ambulance and made the victim admitted in a hospital. The relative of the victim has filed a compliant with the police. After following the due procedures, I had taken back my car from police station and sent to the workshop for service. The insurance company is insisting for FIR copy for claim, Even after two weeks time, I was unable to get the FIR copy from police. The police authority is telling lame excuses that the SI was on tour/leave. Is there any time limit prescribed for filing FIR by the police? Whether I am eligible for free copy of FIR from police or I have to approach the court for FIR copy? I had valid insurance policy for my car. What is my civil/criminal liability for the accident? Please oblige.
Issue of enrollment in karnataka bar council
Hi All,
I am 52 years old and have passed out of 3 Years LL.B in Jun-2017 exams conducted by the Karnataka State Law University. Now when I went to enroll with Karnataka State Bar Council at Bengaluru, they say that there is age limit of 30 years for admission into law colleges. Since I joined when I was 49 years old, they are saying that Bar Council Meeting has to be convened and a final decision taken. Other students from my College could get enrolled and I am in a limbo now.
I saw that in the case of H.D. Sailor (Appellant) VERSUS BAR COUNCIL OF GUJARAT (Respondents), the Supreme Court quashed restriction on age limit for enrollment.
Please advice.
