I demand of possession powty ( kabza powty) under RTI act from Bhuj Area development authority (BHADA), Gujarat .They answer me to pay Rs.2 of copy and plus Rs.100 for give 1_copy of powty. So can BHADA demand Rs. 100 when I demanded under RTI which cost should be Rs.2? What is law says to pay additional charge under RTI?

Sir/Mam,
My mobile number is tracked by someone. I got to know my personal calls are listening by the third person and got recorded online. And my personal SMS and web chats are also shared by that person. He/she is keeping a track on my location also. I recheck with the telly company (Airtel) , according to them there is no process to record call or to share the details with anyone. I talked to the handset company also for the same and they advice me to format the handset which i already did. I am worried regarding this please advice what need to do. Should I register a FIR for the same.

One of my relatives had been arrested by RPF under section 141 of
railways Act, for pulling the chain in a train. He has been imposed a fine
of 1000 rs by the district court.
He has been selected for govt. job, I want to ask you sir, will it
create any problem for joining the job as the police verification will
be done.

Is police can take a advocate to police station for enquiry on the basis of complaint without warrant?

Sir I am posted as JE in CPWD and completed 5 years of service.I am diploma civil engineer and want to do degree (B.tech or BE -three years course) in civil engineering. Can I take study leave for it.

sir mera naam kapil raghuvanshi hai. or me Mp se hu. Abhi mera selection Mp police me huaa hai. magar ek 324 Ki FIR mere khilaf 10 saal phele hui thi Jo ki farji thi. or court me phele hi din dono pacho ke dora shamjota ho gaya tha. sir mera ABhi Doc or police verification hona hai aap batye kya job me problem hogi yaa nai..plz help me for that
