Hi,
My lawyer has obtained stay orders on an order passed by the Karnataka Wakf board. He's charging me 30000rs and justifying the charges as
1. Court fees
2. Notification fees to notify 16 respondents
3. Order copy fees.
Please help me out before I make the payment

Which ground Electricity distribution licences can collect wheeling charges, Regulatory assets charges and fuel adjustment charges from his own consumers.
Kindly answer me by Electricity act 2003.
How Can we oppose above charges which is incurred by MERC (Maha Elec Regulatory Commission) on Citizens of Mumbai .

If PSU Bank Officer dismissed from his Bank can join private bank as Officer. Dismissed from bank in departmental enquiry not any court case or police case against officer.Officer is dismissed under 4 j banking regulation act 1976.Please guide me .

Dear Experts,
I have a consumer complaint filed with the National Consumer Forum New Delhi
The present status is I have a stay order against my builder . He cannot sell the apartment in question. And this complaint has been filed in January 2011, Till date it has been continuously adjourned. As the opposing party has been seeking time .
can the opposing party not be present of seek more time infinitely. Is there a remedy to this .

Where I can get the court ruling number of Delhi high court,about eviction of children/relative s,from houses of senior citizen.
In this forum ,above mentioned ruling was reported on 1/3/17. The TO I, Bangalore ,repored it on 16/3/17.
When I approached the DC Bidar. Karnataka, he was unaware of ruling. I was asked to provide the number of court ruling. My own lawyer,many other are un aware of court ruling, about eviction of house owned by senior citizen, by the executive order of DC, after confirming the documents of owner ship.
Can this forum give me the court ruling number? Or guide me,where to get court ruling number or ruling it self?

Credit card
I had credit card with SBI from 2015 onwards. my SBI Card limit is 50000/-. I disbursed 25000/- approximately. I paid upto June 2017 - 65000/- after that no payment made. Now my credit card balance is 65000/- . Now I am unemployed to repay the card value. I approach bankers for settlement they say 10000/- waiver. can you guide me this situation.
