Sir/Madam, Dual Matric Certificate is valid which one acquire from CBSC board in 2015 and 2nd one in 2016 from Bihar Board by showing as a regular student in both School/Board..?

Good evening.
Second Appeal is pending with State Information Commissioner for non-compliance First Appellate Authority and provided incomplete information.
Now Applicant expired, while filing appeal applicant requested in appeal that matter may be decided on the basis of submission made with appeal.
What will be the possible outcome in this situation?
is meaning of Varas Panchanama ?
will legal hairs can proceed the case ? or otherwise they have to file RTI application to get the documents ?

Sir, I opened gmail account and YouTube account at the age of 10 years but I gave fake age of 18 years. I uploaded few videos and was credited some money in my google account through advertisements. Today I'm 18 years, can I demand to google for my credit amount? Is it legal to demand after reaching 18 years?
Actually, I got an offer from a recording company of USA for a music album. I accepted the offer and the company published the album, and my royalty deposited to RBI, New Delhi through PayPal. But PayPal obtained my age from my gmail account which is fake, paypal indicated this fake age in official letter. Later, RBI asked my birth certificate and PAN card which I submitted timely but still I did not get my royalty. I am completely in dark, they are not responding me anymore regarding this matter. Now what should I do please?

A student used fake obc ncl certificate for getting admission in medical college in tamilnadu.his parents are govt professor earning above 12 lakhs..where can we make complaint about this

Please tell me what will be punishment in money lending act by gujarat law. Please tell details if person give money without license to anybody at 10% rate of interest. Then what will be punishment for him by gujarat law and how to fight with him by law. And what to do? should i complain against him in police station or should i talk to ACP or commissioners or PI for strong case. Reply soon sir

A bank branch while debiting staff HBL ,the accred interest by error debited Rs.22.00 lakh and odd instead of Rs.2.00;lakh n odd. After noticing the error within a week, recredited the diff amount. This happened during 2008. During 2014 the employee gave letter and he was advised of the fact.
Now as he was compulsorily retired on a domestic enquiry on some other irregularities committed by him, disgruntled, he has filed a PCR of cheating. It appears that police conniving with him has filed charge sheet under section 420, etc. against present Management n board members who were not there during 2008.
What measures can b taken if summoned by court. Matter urgent

Hello,
All of us are aware that very recently, the honourable Supreme Court held that 'Privacy is a fundamental right'. But the banks in which I hold accounts are sending me SMSs almost everyday to furnish my Aadahar Card information to them. Should I refuse to submit submit it ? OR whether the banks have right to ask me to furnish this info? Please Advice. Thanks in advance.

Respected Experts, I am writing here on behalf of more then 200 candidates who has been provisionally alloted to one of the RRB by IBPS on March 2017 and our result is valid till March 2018 or next IBPS RRB Result whichever earlier.Almost six months have been passed but no communication has been made by the respective RRB whereas all other RRB has already completed their recruitment procedure and IBPS has already provided notification for next exam IBPS CWE RRB VI.We had decided to approch the Bank directly last month and came to know that our recruitment is pending for approval by board. When visited the chairman of the bank who is the head of the bank as well as board, he clearly states that there is 99% chance of cancellation of our recruitment and he basically focussed on three reason, "low amount of profit by bank in last financial year and vacancy declared are tentative only and he was not chairman when vacancy were declared".There can not be provisional allotment on the basis of tentative vacancy as it is clearly mentioned in IBPS notification that Provisional allotment will be done only on the basis of Actual vacancy reported by RRB and current chairman has taken this position on October 2016 much before our allotment.Although they are indirectly speaking about cancellation, they are not providing any official message which makes it difficult for us and we are in fear that they will keep us hanging till last date of validity of our result after which we will not have any other option.We have also filed an RTI where they have admitted that board approval is pending then we are not sure how and who confirm the vacancy to IBPS at the time of allotment without approval.One more thing I would like to add that if they have cancelled the vacancy at the time of allotment most of us will surely get alloted and recruited by other bank which is a huge injustice towards us as many people who has secured less mark then us has already got appointed in other RRB.I am not mentioning the name of the RRB because they have not cancelled the recruitment officially.Please suggest what are the legal options we have and how to proceed...

Liquor prohibition exemption
Dear experts, supreme court in special leave petition filed by active safe society of Chandigarh Vs UT of Chandigarh has stated that the order of prohibition dated 15 December 2016 does not prohibit licensed establishment within municipal areas.
Does this mean that it applies even to highways in the municipal area? As per the order I feel yes it is exempted but m not sure. What about the visibility?
Please suggest or interpret.
