I want to know the status, Rights, and procedure for the parties, in a matter which we
shown after VERSUS column.

My younger brother in indian army. Currently he is unmarried.
For marriage we have sent photo of girl to my brother and he willing to meet her.
He meet girl in delhi and left for kashmir.
The girl family get my brother number and they calling him again and again. Soon they allow her daughter to talk with my brother. My bro also call her sometime.
This is clear that they are planning to convince my brother to marry, even my parents not agree.
Now my parents not agree to marry because kundali not matching. (many reasons)
My brother also agree with parents.
Now girl parents forcing us to marry girl. They said my brother meet girl so he must marry to her.
To marry, girl and boy meeting first then family members meet each other.
Is this right to force someone this way???? (sorry for bad English)

I am Bharat Garg From Ujjain. M.P . Business - RO water supplier. One customer who is an SBI official and my customer of RO water asked me to stop the water services and demanded for the bill from his official mobile number.
Since he is an acquaintance, I just in respect said , sir, don't worry about the bill, it is ok, if I do not send, you are like a family only ( ghar ki he baat hey) to which he said, that agar ghar ki he baat hey tou, tere ghar aa kar teri biwi k saath so jaaye. ( He actually used the F word) which I am even ashamed to mention here. I have the recording of that conversation.
I went to police, they took my statement, called that person, pressurised me to settle the case as he was feeling guilty and was apologising. He gave a written apology in the police station even, but I was in no mood to let him go so easily. I did not accept the apology and not given anything in written so far. The said incidence is of 5th dec. I am now planning to lodge an FIR against him and also a defamation suit.
My query is- is it a civil or criminal case?
What action can the bank in which he works can take on him?
Can he be punished for his crime by the court, seeing the recorded evidence I have against him?
Can I win a defamation suit against him?
How will be the defamation money calculated?
Looking for your expert opinion in this regard

difference in, if a society is registered under 1860 of society act and if a society is registered under specific society act like Rajasthan, Gujarat or MP.
-Query
is there any difference in legal form of the society, registered under specific state or under 1860 ?
is 1860 is the governing act for society registered under any state act?
if a society is registered under specific state, for example in Gujarat, can that society may work in other state also ?
please provide reference while you are replying

I need some guidance regarding my spouse transfer.I am working in a well-known PSU ,which normally give spouse transfer within 2 months on an average.I have applied my spouse transfer on MAY 2017 till now 18-12-2017 order has not been issued by our higher authority,while all other lady staffs are getting spouse transfer who applied after me..I asked my HR department regarding the issue.they are not at all responding to mail and phone calls.Within 6 months I have sent repeated mail...and not a single one answered.My husband is working in Railway.Kindly suggest me what should I do now.. except waiting quitely for the transfer

A partnership firm owned a property in its own name. The firm entered into a dissolution deed in which some of the partners were allowed to carry on a different business under a different name which was to be a partnership firm. The property was divided between these two firms. by transferring a portion of the property to the new firm.my query is whether the said tranfer needs registration. here the property is not transferred to individual partner but to the newly constituted firm. require an urgent answer.

Sir ....am a Muslim girl 21years old nd am loving a hindu boy who is also 21years old..v hav decided to get married under special marriage act bcz my parents are planning to do marriage for me wit other boy....and I know very well tat tey won't allow me to get married wit a hindu boy tats y we hav decided...now I know the procedure of special marriage act but still not cleared wit the letter Wich will be sent to our parents to get permission for our marriage...sir we are not ready to inform our parents about tis so pls tell me how we can stop sending tat confirmation letter to our parents ........
