Dear Sir,
I've a loan from Central Bank of India of 9 lacs under " Mukhyamantri Rojgar Yojna" for R O water purification plant for 7 years. Loan was sanctioned in 2014.
In Oct 18 due to short circuit, my plant caught fire and had an loss of an entire property.
After 6 months the Insurance company has reached on a settlement value of 6.30lcs compensation.
Since, I suffered huge monetary loss it took me almost 3-4 months to reestablish my business and rotation, So I was unable to pay my EMI of the loan. Hence, the account became NPA.
My query is, does the amount from the insurance company to the bank will go into the loan account completely or can the bank cut their over dues and return me the left amount so that I can run the business smoothly?
Bank told me that they are going to adjust the whole amount in loan. I objected to that as loan tenure is not over plus I have set up the business once again, so they can only ask for the overdue amount and not the whole amount.
Since it is a government loan, can they help me in this matter, as I would have to shut down the business without having liquidity that may result in unemployment of 8 people I've hired?
Please, guide me through your expert advice on this matter and my rights to fight this case.

Hello Respected Sir,
I have been selected for central govt job but have a history of being fined by the court under sec 184 and 181 of Motor vehicle Act of ₹ 700 , 8 yrs back.
(went to the court , hon Judge asked me if u accept the charges I said yes sir )
Will this affect my police verification so that. Disqualified ?
Need your expert advice sir.

I My 1982 birth certificate from Pune Cantonment office , But when I apply for getting certificate, The record of the year 1982 , 22 pages are missing from register. who is responsible for that . I have xerox copy of my birth certificate but they have not issue it on that xerox copy, they told me hired a lawyer / go to court and give us the court order,
the laywer will take lot of money, how can i get the birth certificate on the basis of my Xerox copy (because the copy have details of register no, date etc.)

Sir... i worked in uttar pradesh police but i forward my resignation letter to higher authority because i was selected in para military force.... i joined para military but due to health problem i resigned from para military in one month and my resignation was approved .... can i join my previous job , my resignation is still not approved

My mother & sister are mentally not stable as can be observed from their activities.where ever they go,they cannot stay as neighbours & in house people have to throw them out because they quarrel around.specially my sister who is suffering from severe obsessive compulsive disorder due to her marraige not happening.Now every time they come ,they start quarreling with my wife & me .create nuisance which causes disturbance to neighbours.pl suggest what legal or police action can be taken to stop them from coming to my house.infact they can't infact stay at their flat also because the other flat owners are fed up of their daily quarrels & nuisance.they infact had given information to police in this regard. . they have now taken rented house in the same city where ,i stay ,but the land lord has called me up today & asked me to take them to my home as they are creating problem .pls advice me what to do to avoid them from coming to my home. Also want to know can police interfere in such personal issues or is there any legal implication to it.Please help me in this regard.

Recently in January I applied for an apartment In Elita Garden Vista Projects, Rajarhat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, and I paid Rs.2,24,000/- by way of cheque which has already been realised by M/s. Elita Garden Vista.
But later due to some unavoidable financial difficulty I requested them to cancel my booking. I have been
intimated by M/s Elita Garden vista that my booking has been cancelled. But they are not refunding my application money although I have requested them to refund the same after deducting cancellation charges.
Please advise under this circumstances what will be my next course of action.

Respected Sir,
A small scale goldsmith in Kolkata runs a small workshop to manufacture ornaments from raw gold supplied by Jwellers on piece rate basis .
How much stock of gold including finished ornaments can he keep legally under his custody against valid Challan by the job provider at a particular point of time without attracting any legal hassle or seizure from any inspection or check by any statutory body ?
Pl help me with the reply.

Delayed judgment for succession case in civil court
My succession case has been going on since last 20 years in Mirzapur, Civil court. I have a registered will and the final hearing was done 2 months ago. The magistrate is delaying the judgment. She gives a date and says that she has written half of the judgment but has not completed and given it yet. What action can be taken against her or to speed up the process.
