I've filled case against manager of State bank of india for withdrawing of service charge from my s/b a/c during demonetization period and he was announced exparte by the forum for not filling WV within the period specified under section 13(b) of CPA 1986,
after a long time (more than one year) now he filled petition to set aside exparte order and reopen the case but I strictly objected and submitted a copy of order pronounced by Honble
WEST BENGAL SCDRC which breifly contents"NEITHER DIST FORA NOR STATE COMMISSION HAS POWER TO SET ASIDE THE EXPARTE ORDERS" but the president of district forum allowed their petition for reopening the case once again

Kindly advise me what to do?

I have given loan to few people without interest through cheque/ bank .............there is loan agreement signed by him and his gurantor has also signed gurantee paper...............they have also given me cheque and promissory note......................would it be considered money lending is there anything illegal ( as I have given loan without interest)

Hi, I have a terrace balcony flat (Pune, Maharashtra), and above my flat there are appx 22 flats. From last one week some one is continuously throwing cigarette butt in my balcony. I have talked to several flat owners but no one taking the responsibility, I have also put this problem to builder (as there is no society formulated yet). There is no action has been taken up by builder also. Please let me know the possible way to deal with this, if you all can help, or else let me know if there could be some other legal way where in I can send the notice to all the flat owners. I am having 4 year old son, and when he sees these cigarette leftouts, he un-noticeably picks up them start playing, I am very much desperate to get the solution, and ready to take any legal action if that can be taken. I will like to know any legal process that I can take, or the way I can get some sort of fear develop among the builder/neighbors about legal action. Thanks

Namaste experts it is discriminatory injustice in maintaining double standard approach in implementing the gratuity enhancement act. except financial sector public sector employees and private sector employees all government employees benefitted by the enhancement of ceiling .due to date of implementation 29032018 instead of 112016 most of the employees who retired between these dates were denied the opportunity sirs what is the remedy for this injustice

hi,
in accident between two wheeler and ksrtc GVT bus, but two wheeler on spot death in his age 29 , he dont have driving licencs and vehical insurance not there and dependent are wife age(25) and on childe(5) and his mother(60) and father(65) but agriculture land 4 acre
for this how much compensation claim against to KSRTC(govt) and on what bases calculation

I rti to bhuj municipality for old map of city but they answer that it was seal by collector due to earthquake of 2001 so can't give information.so is seal document by collector can get under rti? What should do?

Sir,मैं बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में कार्यरत हूँ। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग जनपद अलीगढ़ में कार्यरत् शिक्षक एवं शिक्षिकाओं को वर्षों से उनके वेतन से GPF कट तो रहा है लेकिन विभाग शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं को GPF ACCOUNT की न तो लेखा पर्ची देता है और ना ही कोई जानकारी। किस प्रकार शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं को GPF की लेखा पर्ची दिलवाई जा सकती है ?
यही हाल NPS कटौती का भी है । NPS कटता तो है लेकिन शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं के NPS ACCOUNT में WEBSITE पर दिखाई नही देता । दोनो समस्याओं से सम्बन्धित की बार मीटिंग की जा चुकी है किन्तु अधिकारी अगले महीने-अगले महीने करते रहते । क्या करना चाहिए ?
