My society claims minutes of meeting is based on meeting dated 2-April-2023.I objected as the resolutions are not for interest of society by writing with in 3 days of minutes published as I was not present in the said meeting.No reply to my objections.One year has passed but minutes are yet to be approved by residents.I requested Deputy Registrar to set aside but he says he has no power to do so but I can move co op court.My point is whether Deputy Registrar needs to approve all minutes or not?Whether Minutes need to be approved by Deputy Registrar if so under which bylaw / act?

After how many months NPA occurs if EMI of vehicle loan is not paid continually. 3rd or 4th month. Please clarify

My Housing Society Chairman and Secy were facing disqualification for having three children.They managed to pass resolution to spend Rs 90 Lakh for building painting etc on 2-April-2023.I being resident of society could not attend the meeting but by 9 April-2023 I raised my objection to cancel all resolutions as it was proposed to award contract of Rs 90 lakh on single quotation basis?No reply to my objection.Chairman and Secy were disqualified by Deputy Registrar in May 2023.Rest of committee members resigned,administrar is handling society affairs now.After one year those minutes of 2-April-2023 were not approved by subsequent meeting.
Whether Deputy Registrar has power to set aside that Minutes or not?On my complain Deputy Registrar is replying he has no power to set aside Minutes but I can approach CO Operative Court.
Kindly advise:-Can Deputy Registrar setaside Minutes not yet approved or I need to approach CO Operative court to set aside Minutes of 2-April-2023?

As per the New Indian Medical Device Rule, some the document required signature From Magistrate of 1st Class.

Actually i purchased a baccha flat last year from the seller and it was made in i guess in 2000’s and Right now i have the whole chain of the property and and a legal registry papers so is it still considered illegal or legal because it was made in 2000’s

I wouldn't like to know that what is criteria to get age relaxation for( applying for a new job)central government autonoumous jobs after working in a central govt autonomous institute for more than 6 years as permanant employee and relieved on technical resignation but currently working autonoumous institute not accepting technical resignation and I am working here from past 3 months
