Regarding railway station parking charges

Hello Experts, I dropped my family member for pick up the train and parked my 2 wheeler only for 15 min, after returning back from departure of train, I was charged illegally and without any clearance of justification by parking owner showed ticket(receipt) and say you had to pay 15 rupee for parking you personal vehicle, so I asked him that is any written rule for parking own vehicle and pay amount, so he used offensive language against me and used force against me with intention to puncture the tyre of my two wheeler, so how to get rid from those illegal process of money making by private contractors and what are the steps to be taken against them?

Ews certificate for married women

My wife has applied for EWS certificate and was issued the same. At the time of issue of certificate my Income and assets along with Assets from wife's father father were taken into consideration.
We had applied for EWS certificate after 2 months of her father's death. But now there has been enquiry on the same certificate and the tehsildar is asking to provide the income details of her father (for the FY when he was alive) also and threatening to cancel the certificate on the grounds that his income plus mine makes it more than criteria. Her mother has already passed away 15 years back.
Kindly advice is the Tehsildar right in considering her father's income.
Although me and my wife are living with my parents and we have got married many years ago.

Majority needed

Dear Sirs/Madams,
Our society in Mumbai with 56 members has in principle agreed to go in for the redevelopment of our buildings, which are now over 35 years old and barring one member, we have positive written consent from all members.
We are confused about the required quorum at the SGM for kick-starting the process, also for appointing the PMC and Developer as we move forward. There are many figures floating around in various forums eg.51%,75%, two-thirds, three-fifths etc. Need to understand from you, what exactly is the legally acceptable number at each stage.
Eagerly await your response.

Change of community in service book.

Greeting to all, I am commenting a future scenario that will happen with me in probably 3-4 months and I want the guidance of the experts just like you people. About me, I am working as Stenographer (Level - 4) 2400 G.P. and appointed in Western Railways Headquarters on 08/09/2022. The thing is, by community, I belong to Scheduled Caste but in the application form while applying for the Stenographer (Level - 4) 2400 G.P. in Western Railways, I had not attached/uploaded my S.C. certificate. So, I am appointed in Western Railways as a General candidate. Meanwhile, I have applied for different posts in other departments (Central/State Government), as a SC candidate, after getting the NOC from my present Employer i.e., Western Railways. Now, suppose I qualify for the post of PERSONAL ASSISTANT in the DSSSB PERSONAL ASSISTANT, SENIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT & JUNIOR JUDICIAL ASSISTANT EXAMINATION which I have already applied previously. Will there be any problem when I will apply for Technical Resignation in the present department i.e., Western Railways? I was going through the DoPT Rules of Technical Resignation (https://doptcirculars.nic.in/OM/ViewOM.aspx?id=279&headid=14) but didn’t understood. My main concern is when my service book transfers from Western Railways to DSSSB department (it would be a court as the vacancies lie only in courts for the post abovementioned), is it going to create any issues in the appointment process in the Court as the community is going to be mismatched?
