I have settled my credit card account in Dec.2005. settlement letter issued by sbi card lawyer and payment receipt issued to me on settlement offer date. But today bank decline this settlement and they said my outstanding is 212946rs. Against me. They pressurised me to settlement again' with bank. I already show him my settlement letter , settlement offer letter , payment receipts. I have already mail to bank nodwal officer, local regional offices and submitted my documents. Please advise me now what can I do.

Respected Sir,
My father was a police constable, he met with a road accident(on duty) on 10/October/2016 and dead on the same day.
Now its 2 years passed after the happening of my fathers death.
Recently i came to know my father is covered under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana(PMSBY) policy.
I started to claim this policy, but on claim form its written that "claim process shall be started within 30 days of death".
As 2 years are passed, please help me in giving me the information, is there any law that I can still apply for Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana(PMSBY) claim and get benefitted by the claim of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana(PMSBY) plan/policy.

If a motor accident happened to me while i was visiting a foreign country and I have been treated for the same at India. How could I claim compensation for the same from India. Can I appoint a Power of Attorney holder to represent me.

Sir/Madam,
If in a case the precedent of the supreme court is filed along with written submissions is it necessary for the district court to follow the precedent. I filed a precedent in the district court which was passed by the Supreme Court and on the basis of which the concerned high court also ruled out its earlier judgment. I filed both the rulings in the district court with the written submissions but the district court in its order did not mention the precedent of its own high court but mentioned the Supreme Court precedent wrongly by stating just opposite law which was held by the Supreme Court and delivered his decision on the basis of the ruled out judgment of his own high court. I got a certified copy of the written submissions and the court has also mentioned in his order that the written submissions were also filed. Now my questions are:
1. Does the contempt lie against the district judge of both the higher courts.
2. In which court should i file the contempt petition i.e. in the high court or supreme court.
3. Can a contempt petition be only filed in the Supreme Court under article 129 read with article 141 or it is to be filed under section 12 of the contempt of courts act.
Any other advice which may please be provided by you, please provide.

Respected sir/mam,
My father is 64 year old so I would like to apply for senior citizen pension for him.m y father doesn't have a house in delhi thus he doesn't have any proof of staying in delhi from last 5 year apart form them We r living at a relative's house thus we also don't have a rent agreement.
So is there any alternative of 5 year residence document???
Can I apply for pension for him???
If yes,,, Then plz tell me which documents is required or which procedure should I follow???

This has reference to a written complaint filed against a law abiding tax paying Indian citizen. The citizen was exposed to a CID inquiry following a written complaint filed by a lawyer on behalf of his Judge friend. the citizen in question ,as the lawyer claimed ,with mail printout evidence had intention of harassment ..on CID inquiry of the citizen, the CID unit people were convinced of no such intention of the said citizen as the person also filed the reply/statement to the Complaint.Query is whether an informal ,personal email be accepted official harassment charge when there is no evidence of text/call/message during the working hours of the Court??
Will the people in power only misuse their authority to harass law abiding citizens??
