Hello,
We are married in April 18. I am from uttar predesh and my wife is from bihar.In the assistant teacher recruitment of uttar pradesh's notification it is given that only residents of U.P. or candidates have been living in U.P. for 5 years are eligible. I want to know that my wife is legally eligible or not?

I HAVE DEPOSITED CASH OF RS. 10 LAKHS IN 2008-09 IN NBFC .. NOW THEY ARE IN TROUBLE AND NOT answering calls .. let me know how to recover my money..? can i recover through RBI PROCEEDING OR BY PROCEEDING THROUGH COURT ? HOW MUCH TIME IT TAKES TO SETTLE THE CASES..

After having failed to get any response here is the query for experts on co op laws based in Mumbai.
She is being charged interest on interest for delayed payment and when objected to it asked to /cite/produce a case law in the matter which she could not. Any one here to provide the citation ?TIA

Hello, I am a small time home baker. I sell cakes. I sent 2 packages to Pune and Ghaziabad on 12/dec/18
Pune package was tampered and a hole was made and one cake was eaten and carton was pached up with White paper. I had to resend another cake again to customer. I lost 1880 in this process
Package to Ghaziabad has still not reached even on 19/dec/18. It was a premium service and 48 hrs delivery for both. If at all it reaches also cakes will have fungus. So I have to resend the cake again. Total loss is 8900.
My question is, they had a declaration form and I filled up value of content as 500 for both cartons.
Do I still stand a chance to recover any money from professional couriers ?

Sir I have salaried person mera last month me accident huwa hai aur mere ghutne ke ligament ka operation huwa hai to main 2/3 month recover nahi ho sakata Maine personal loan liya hai but main emi dena to chahata hu par mere medication kharch se mera ballance khatm ho gaya aur aur main jab tak mera kam join nahi karata tab yak emi nahi bhar sakata.
Maine is regarding baat ki thi mere loan companies se but wo karate hai apko kahi se bhi adjustment karke emi to bharani hi padegi aur koi option nahi hai to please koi option banaye sir

Dear Sir,
I Mr. Vikram Chavan, served in Border Security Force (BSF) for 12 years and resigned from service. After accepting my resignation by Authority, I applied for Gratuity of 12 years service in Border Security Force vide Payment of Gratuity Act 1972; but they denied, as stating that, No Gratuity is applicable on resignation in BSF. Hence it is requested to kindly guide me take action on this & as the citizen of India and as member of BSF payment of Gratuity Act 1972 is applicable to me or not. if applicable, how could I get gratuity from BSF.

I am an ex officer of a bank retired about 3 years back and continued to be the gereral secretary of the trade union. I am willing to resign by sending resigantion letter to the President. What is the provisons under Trade Union Act, 1926 in the situation like this

Will...Cidicil to add certain missing points
Will registered by Old lady in favr of two major...Sister's Married Daughter.Unmarried Son of Sister...Vital details such as executor' s name..not mentioned..and who will keep the original...between the two ..etc..not mentioned in the will.
Hence Codicil is to be made out to include those points..
Is it necessary to stamp it..and register it..?
The Will was registered in Tirupur..
What will be the stamp and Registration charges for the codicil..?
Pls guide..
