I have applied for action against a lawyer for charging me 75000 and assisting me in lounging an FIR against culprits and remain present in court procedure till the end. Advocate received cash and did not assist me in any way, so I have launched a complaint in the Bar Council for justice.I am sure I'll get justice but advocate being a politically headstrong person, if I am denied justice, then above Bar Council where should I apply.

I seek legal advice regarding my family problem
My mother & sister who used to stay at their flat at kolkata has now come to Guwahati . They have taken a rented house where they create nuisance like screaming/shouting etc and more ever my sister who is very short tempered also physically tortures my mother when ever there is a break up in marriage related proposals. .Both of them are mentally not 100% sound which you can feel once you talk to them or observe their activities )
Now every time they do so the house owner calls me to say that you come & take them to your home or I shall go to police.
Now as I have already stated that they create trouble with my wife when ever they have come on earlier occasions ( use of abusive language/quarelling etc) also with me and my son so the neighbours start complaining because of shouting /screaming etc and it spoils the peace of my home & my family life .My sister even threatens with dare consequences to my wife & son . Also my Son's board exam is there.
so please suggest what should i do so that I can avoid bringing them to my home and maintain peace in my family life. Also what should I say to the house owner who calls me every time & says he will go to police once they create nuisance .

I have a shop which is part of a cooperative housing society. There is water leakage in shop from flat terrace above my shop during monsoon season. Concerned Member and society have just given oral assurance but there is no substantial progress to resolve the issue. We have already written several letters to socety and also told that I will complaint to deputy registrar of cooperative society. What process should I follow to escalate this since member and society are delaying but not refusing to do. This issue is pending from last Sept 18.

We have paid to our workers over time on hourly basis
over time include basic wages, & other allowance.
Can on over time payment P.F.attract.
If yes , which section rules or any other advance ruling or any court verdict
please guides us

Dear Sir,
The member has filled and registered the nomination form in favour of his wife. The member died couple of years back. Society wants to endorse the share certificate in favour of his wife. Is it necessary to mention (Nominee) against the name while endorsing the share certificate behind.

I have been selected in ibps rrb scale 2018 exam i have been allotted jammu & kasmir gramin bank where as i m from chhattisgarh. As it is grameen banks so taking transfer to home state can never be possible, the only way is to again give exam and cracking exam is not a easy thing also many candidates including me have to take care of our parents, ibps should allot according to state i am not asking for home town but state. Can i take this matter to supreme court?

hi, My water bill charged is 51000 rs from Delhi Jal board, I have contacted with them but no hope and as per them bill is correct. I am planning to go to Lok Adalat how can I register there and do i need lawyer for same?

Conversion of leased land into freehold and its duration

WE OWN A PLOT IN RK NAGAR, KANPUR. WE HAVE SIGNED A SALE AGREEMENT WITH THE BUYER IN JULY 2018 ON CONDITIONS THAT HE WILL PAY US THE REQUIRED MONEY ONCE THE LAND IS CONVERTED TO FREEHOLD. EVER SINCE THEN, HE IS TELLING US THAT KANPUR DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY IS PROCRASTINATING IN ISSUING THE GAZETTE AFTER WHICH HE CAN OPT FOR LOAN TO PAY US THE REMAINING MONEY.
MY QUERY IS, HOW MUCH TIME AN AUTHORITY TAKES TO FREE A LAND SO THAT THE SAID DEAL CAN BE PROCESSED. AND ALSO THE AGREEMENT HAS NO DEADLINE ON WHEN HE HAS TO PAY THE MONEY. SO HOW LONG CAN IT TAKE TO FINALIZE THE AGREEMENT OR CAN WE QUASH IT?
