Dear Sir,
I had taken a Two Wheeler loan in the year 2010. My all EMIs was going well in time period and also I had foreclosed the loan. But at the time of closing of loan, I had requested the bank for waive up at least one EMI cost for relaxation and they have also committed to consider the same. But in cibil report still it is showing as due which is affecting my report.
Request your kind suggestion on this please.

Hi, I have a query. A person completed his BL degree, enrolled and practicing as lawyer. He clears his TNPSC and gets appointed as SDM. Since being appointed in Government service his enrollment as advocate will automatically get cancelled. Now is it possible for the person to get elevated into Judiciary as District Judge through exams or promotions? Please advise. Thankyou.

A society had given permission for use of duct space as a passage to move between two adjoining flats separated by the duct space without any financial precondition.
After 5years of the above permission, the society is now insisting on taking rent for the use of the duct space.
Can the society charge such rent once permission is given without ant financial precondition after many years?

Respected sir,
A friend of mine is a central govt Gp D employee (mate) and has applied for technical resignation from a dept of MoD to join similar trade in another department of MoD which has greater allowances and better promotional aspects.
His present department is ready to relive him but is not accepting technical resignation as the post which he is now joining does not grant him higher grade pay.
Will he be eligible to get the benefit of previous service, pay protection/pay pairity if his resignation is accepted but not as 'technical resignation'.
Sir(s) please guide asap since he has to join his new department within next week and is feeling helpless at his present workplace.
An early reply would be great help.
