Dear Seniors,
Would like to know about the major set up and functional differences between a Recruitment firm and a Recruitment Process Outsourcing?
I was told that a recruitment firm has a licence to charge its client for every position it fills up? Is this a fact?
where as a Recruitment Process Outsorcing firm need not necessarily hold a licence to charge its client for handling a part of clients recruitment process.
Can the experts help me understand why is this difference between the two though they are providing the same type of services?

I along with my colleagues stay in a new housing complex (posession started in April 2007)in KHARGHAR, NAVI MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA.
This complex towers and a host of other emenities like clubhouse etc, childrens play area & party lawn. We have got to know from reliable soures that the builder wants to build two new towers after bringing down the children's play area & the party lawn and has applied to CIDCO for approval.
How should we go about handling this? Also can we go ahead and form a housing welfare associateion/society. What is the process for that. Is there any professional body/eminent lawyer in Navi Mumbai who can offer professional help to us.

My commercial vehicle was hit from the back side by a another vehicle.Resultly its engine & body etc. got damaged in this incident.Insurence co. allowed my claim qua the body loss but disallowed my engine loss Rs. 40000/- by saying that co. is never responsible for any loss in engine.Are they right in saying this?plz send me some case law in which engine loss has allowed by co. in a vehicular accident case..Thanx

We are two brothers,i m permanentally settled in Delhi with my family.My brother alongwith his wife & two issues are residing with our mother & father in a joint home but with seprete mess in a other town.This house is in the name of my mother & it is self aquired property of my father(not ancestral property)now position is that my brother & his wife is harrasing & even beating my father & mother usually and ultimetaly some day prior they both kicked out my mother & father from the house.Now my parents are living in a rented house.My Bhabhi & brother are continously threatning them for false dowry case.what is remedy available for my parents.

TIME LIMIT FOR TAKING ACTION AFTER NOTICE IS SERVED
Under section 13(4) of the Act the secured creditor can take action any time after the expiry of 60 days notice under section 13(2). There is no time limit. However action must be taken within reasonable time. The notice cannot be said to be perpetually valid. If the creditor does any act which is contrary to the intention of notice (e.g. reschedules loans or gives further time for repayment), it can be said that the notice has abated and no action can be taken against such notice.
Is there any case law to support above proposition ?
