NCR Bank Cheques

Hi!
I am in a confusion.
Does a cheque of Faridabad bank branch (NCR area)submitted in a new delhi branch bank is counted as a LOCAL or OUTSTATION CHEQUE.

Please Clarify.

It would be better to get it clarified by the Bank Authorities since every bank follows it's own policy.
