I have applied for post of storekeeper in jk under rba category which was valid at the time of cutt off date of application even till today on 07/05/2019, but now it expires today now the exam of the said post is on 21/05) 2019.will I have need to renew it or not. Plz help

Hello Sir,
My friend's husband wants to gift deed the flat to his wife (my friend). However, there is a bank housing loan going on the property and it is for a period of 10 years. Will my friend (his wife) be entitled to pay the balance amount of the loan through EMIs. If at all at any point of time after the gift deed is registered, she wants to sell the flat to a third party owner will there be any legal formalities involved on account of gift deed. Also, please highlight after the gift deed is through can the husband (co-owner) in agreement still take bank loans or personal loans on the gifted property or does he have the right to mortgage it at any point of time to meet his financial requirements.

Hiii I have given 20000/- RS in advance for the development of the website. The developer is a relative of my friend. So we had a communication on emails. But he failed to meet the deadlines 3-4 times and not responding now.
All communication is on email and WhatsApp. I requested him many times and told regarding the importance of time and my dreams with the project. But he did not respond at all.
Please advise to take the money back by going through legal process.

During cross examination of plaintiff, defendent's lawyer raised objection. I had not submitted permission of partners while lodging complaint to the court. I produced other partners as witnesses. They said the permission was given to working partner verbally. Even original partnership deed was submitted - the court made it an exhibit. Now the query is whether the deficiency in original complaint is satisfied or not?

Hi expert, a simple but technical problem. In a proceeding related to 138, how the period under 138(b) would be calculated, i.e. from the date of return memo or "information received date". For example return memo date is Sep 26th, 2018 and information of dishonour is claimed to be received on Oct 7th, 2018. Notice was sent on Nov 4th, 2018. MM accepted this contention of the complainant, while according to me return memo date must be considered as "information received" as per section 138 (b). Please share your valuable suggestion.

Dear sir,
I am in government service joined 6 yrs ago,while compution my saving I have some 16 lacs at present while my net salary during these years is near about 21 lacs.I live with my parent in a joint family where most of the household item is bought by my father.If we go through the disproportionate assests calculation method after deducting one third of income i.e rs.7 lacs,I should have 14 lacs as my net saving.I also got some cash amount deposited in bank given by parent or elder ones.
So will my income comes under disproportionate income?pls guide seniors regarding this.

Query regarding OBC CERTIFICATE
Hello sir...
Is there a different OBC certificate of central government??
I have an OBC NCL certificate issued by Punjab government. In it it is written Punjab government instead of government of India.
But the caste written in it is in the central list of OBC issued by central government.
Is it valid at centre level??
Any reply would be appreciated.
