Dear sir,
I have purchased 1.5 ton 5star ac from Patiala Punjab, from Hitachi authorised dealer. He charged me rs 49000/- With gst as tax invoice, when I enquired from others dealer they said the price is rs 45000/ with gst for same model which I purchased. When i complained to Hitachi customercare email , they don't resolved it. Is there any law in favour of customer, that different dealers charged different pricing for same Hitachi company product. If any senior citizens buy ac , it is impossible for them to go different dealers and enquire prices. Can we complaint in consumer court or any other way. It is very complex price structure of dealer pricing, as consumer got confused on purchasing.

My father was an employee of Tamilnadu State transport department ,and he died in his duty period.At that time I was 2 years old and my mother is an illiterate .so she did not applied for his post .I have completed degree in automobile engineering .can I apply for appointment under compassionate grounds as I am my father's legal heir?

iam a hindu,loving my relative since 6 years but major problem is we are parallel second cousins.under HMA it comes under prohibited relationship but i have heard that our marriage can be registered under special marriage act under which it doesnt come under prohibited relationship.we got married in month of may in temple but my parents didnt accept our marriage and threatening us that they will kill if we meet or talk again.I have been tortured and house arrested for 2 months.Can i go to police station nearby to get justice or any other option to come out of this problem.

I reside in bangalore. The payer has given me cheque of HDFC bank Mumbai. I deposit the cheque in my SBI bank account bangalore and it bounces. I am told that it is difficult for me as I am in bangalore and police will not go to Mumbai to secure the payer and hence after 2-3 hearings, judge will dismiss the case. Other advocate advises that Commissioner of police bangalore will send summon to Mumbai Police and hence securing accused will not be problem and only point that it may take some more time. Please educate me.

Sir, I own a flat at Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Builder charged Rs. 900/- per month as maintenance charge. After formation of Co Op housing service society Ltd in my society. Chairman & Committee members in 1st AGM meet revised maintenance charges as Rs 1250/- for owners residing in their flats & Rs 1600/- for owners who have let out their flats.
Sir is this different rate of maintenance charges justified or it can be challenged?

merei wife ka uske bf k sath aafire hai ye pata chal gaya, uska 2 sal se affire tha..... sab accept kiya usne , maine uske mobile me sab pakad liya........maine usko galti sudharne k liye chance diya.....1 din usko mai sex k liye bola to usne mana kiya...aur bol diya ki mai usko ( bf) kabhi nahi bhul sakti......... maine ye matter serious liya aur hamare dono k ghar valo ko bataya...uske ghar vale aaye aur usko bohat matlab bohat hi mar diya.....aur leke gaye, q ki mai bol diya ki muje ye nahi chahiye...... 15 din k bad wife ne muje call kiya ki main abhi acchi rahungi sab chod diya hai...... main bola its k.....aur usko mere ghar return leke aaya,... abhi us bat ko 6 month complete ho gayae...... vo mere ghar ka sab sansar achhi kar rahi hai .... sab thik hai . lekin vo muje sex k liye ignore karti hai....... bolti hai ki sex kabhi nahi kar sakti meri eccha nahi hoti......bilkul touch nahi karne deti hai.......maine usko puchha ki ye sab q?? tuzhe nahi rehna to tu ja vapas...lekin vo bolti hai kya sex hi important hai kya??? to mere man me doubt aa raha hai ki kya hai uske man me abhi bhi vo ladka hai??? kya vo bhag jayegi kabhi ??? ye sab usko puchha to mana kar rahi hai??? plz advice me

1. Recently some 4 months back, I registered NGO(abcd foundation) under society act. Now i want to register trust(NGO), is it possible to keep same name(abcd foundation) for the trust also?2. Can i merge or acquire the society(NGO) in Trust(that trust can handle the society)?

Govt.officer is liable to keep record of his office ?
sir,
is govt.officer (pf dept ) liable to keep record in his office, if yes what can we do his he did not provide any record under rti . if no than who is liable for which record sent to pf dept .
what is rules under rti if he deny to provide record (he say that this report is not with him)
Actually i have done job in a private company . when i appointed there , company submit employee decleration form to PF Dept . and i have left job , i have done job only 2 year in this co. . now i send PF WITHDRAWAL form to PF DEPT. but they return PF Form for my father name is mismatch . i try a lot from pf dept through grievence to know my father name in pf record but they are not giving proper responce . i send letter through RTI than he replay me that there is no any record in pf dept.
it may be that he dont want to give me this record .
if he has no any record why he reject my pf withdrawal form
