I have drafted a will but need some support and assistant in uploading the document in Tamilnadu-Chennai.
because the portal has a set and default format which is not matching the requirement of the content which I have drafted in the will document.
May I request any expert to call me in completing the process at Chennai.

The father has gifted the property with the hopes that the son will take care during his old age. The Welfare and maintenance of Senior Citizens Act, 2007 says that if the beneficiary (here the son) neglects his parents then the donor can revokes the gift deed u/s 23 of the said act. However, the son has sold the gifted property to third person, then whether can claim his right or he has lost his right ?

I'm a working professional living in Mumbai at my brother's house. I didn't have any address proof of Mumbai and have applied for a passport in May 2018. Due to adverse police verification report, a show cause notice was issued and after paying a penalty, my file was closed. I entered into a rent agreement with my brother (the house is on his name) from 1 November 2018 until 30 September 2019 (11 months agreement). As of now, I have Mumbai address on my aadhar card (updated with the help of rent agreement). Could you please help and let me know if I can now get a passport and should I present my Mumbai address as permanent as well as present address? I don't have any other address proof except aadhar card and rent agreement. As of today, I've completed 11 months living in this house officially and actually 4.5 years (though I don't have any proof of address on a valid document). I can get a letter from my employer company stating that I've been living at this address since 2 years while being employed with them. But I'm afraid that the passport office won't accept it because it isn't a public company. Need you immediate help on my address issue. Thanks in advance.

Can a committee block email communication of a member marking a copy to other flat owners as per Maharashtra Co-operative Housing society rules and regulations? Is it not unethic?

Main first floor par rehti hun.Mere upar wale owner jo kareeb one year se yahan aaya hai.Main yahan par 12 sal se reh rahi hoon.unke aane se pehle koi problem nahi thi.Jab yeh aye hai tab se problems ho rahi hai.Upar wale owner ne apni balcony ke bahar jo builder ne elevator lagaya hai.unki balcony ke bahar wale area mein jo elevator hai us area ko plastic ki sheet se cover kar diya hai.Us Par flower pots rakh diye hain..wah plastic sheet uski balcony wall ki taraf se open hai.Jis mein se wah kachra ladies ke hairs aur mare hue cockroach meri balcony mein dalta hai aur pots se mud water meri balcony mein aata hai.Aaj Kal barish ki wajah se meri balcony mein sab mud water jama ho jata hai aur balcony kali ho gayi hai.Meri balcony ki wall mein bhi upar se mud water ke nishan ban gaye hain upar ki diwar bhi kali ho gayi hai.Society mein bhi koi nahi sun raha hai.Police mein bhi complaint ki hai par wah bhi kuch nahi kar rahe hain.

I am living in a society having 168 members located at dombivli Maharashtra. My query is If managing committee not submit the rectification report of FY 17-18 within stipulated period and even after not filling the same they get account approved in AGM from General body for FY 18-19. What impact on managing committee or society member for non filling of rectification report for FY 2017-18. Is there any penalty, fine, etc charges for the same? Even no any singly income tax return they filled from FY 13-14 to 17-18.
Kindly revert on the same.

Dear Sir,
I stay in thane since 2005 in co op hsg society. total members 28. after formation of society it was decided not to purchase stilt space for parking from builder. Still few members (6 out of 28) purchased the same from builder. In 2013 it was decided in the meeting that legal ownership of stilt is with society and no member is authorized to sale or purchase parking. After this also few members sold their parking to other members / new flat purchasers.
I would like to ask that where (in which court) we can file petition against such members?

About mandal name correction in land registration document
Respected sir,
I am Srinivas . I registered my land .And took copy of document. Then I came to know that ,in the second page land located tahasildar mandal name was wrongly printed. It was only once in my document i.e in second page only. In other pages and in schedule also mandal name is correct.
In the second page only it was wrongly printed. Now how can I correct that mistake . Please help me experts. Thanks in advance
