Is there any law that dictates the terms to award attendance to students in private universities by Govt. of India?
Because according to UGC there is a clause to have 75% attendance in a semester to appear for examinations. But teachers cut attendance for not writing notes, talking or sleeping in classes even though you are physically present. Can they legally do something like that.
Can we challenge them legally and win in case if we go to court.

I wanted to purchase a Bajaj Pulser Bike on finance basis and for that purpose I submitted my required documents to Bajaj Dealer. But Finance department of Bajaj rejected my application on the basis of the 1 instalment defualt of my elder brother to GK MONEY Loan.
Now, my question is that they can do so? On basis of any defualt of my family members in paying of loan instalment? My brother is not in contact any of the family member since last 4 year. He is leaving sepratly.
I have refered CRISIL website, where it is clearly written that company cannot deny to finance customer on the default of any family member of customer.
So, please tell what are the remedies available for me?

Hi.
I was a director in my relatives Ltd. company. The Company has stopped operations, is into loss and cant pay back bank loans. I am married and have an HUF. My question is -
1) Can the bank create an attachment in my share in the HUF
2) Can the bank attach my share of bank balance in HUF bank a/c or Shares that i hold in my HUF a/c.

Can the wall of the said office can have the pictures of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, etc. (the father of nation, national leaders)to have an impact of a Government office ?
