I started my business in the year 2002 as proprietor of a 'XYZ, in the year 2013 I converted this 'XYZ' Proprietory firm into Partnership by admitting one person. The Partnership business continued till 2018 and thereafter due to dispute among the partners now it is discontinued. Now that another partner claiming my trade name 'XYZ' as his own and pressuring me to resign from the Partnership Firm. My Questions is Who is the legal right to claim this trade name 'XYZ' and further I would like to inform you that there is no specific clause in the partnership regarding this matter, it has been just mentioned in the Partnership Deed that earlier it was in Proprietory firm (me as a proprietor) and converted into Partnership by admitting that other person. Dear All,
I have my flat in SRS Residency, Faridabad. I took home loan from SBI in 2012 and its still going on. Due to some problems I could not do registry of my flat. Now, since a long time, I am not doing well financially in my business. Upon that, this lockdown has ruined my whole business that I have already closed my office and informed the staff.
Now I want to sell my flat after lockdown as I am not able to pay monthly 25k EMI. My question is....
1. May I sell this flat without registry done?
2. If Yes, please advise how.
3. If not, why and how to proceed further.
4. Is there any provision that Bank can give me 6 months time with very minimum interest rate so that meanwhile I can search buyer and sell this flat?
I dont think I can survive after lock down for long. I request you all to please advise what could be the best way to get it done. Your reply will be awaited.

PLEASE Can anyone give me an answer.
I have placed xxx mnc in 4 apr xxxx yr, left 2nd organization got relieved date as 20th apr xxxx. If I go new organization they asking about dual dates issue. But 2nd company haven't paid me for April month salary, I can show a proof of Apr xxx mnc bank statement. Will. It be acceptable? Did hr of new org get convinced. Or did he call xxx mnc and ask about this dual of future dated how you accepted.?

Dear Experts,
My husband taken a Personal Loan from Bajaj Finance Services. He applied for a Moratorium Facility( for 3 EMIs) on 3rd April and 5th April vide two independent Formats and also reminding them since then. For receipt of my request, they sent me reference Number also. But as of this day, no communication received from them whether our application was accepted or rejected. Even till this day also, they are calling ( Automatic recording) daily three times. But the Caller Ids are showing as given below.
1. Bajaj Pigs.
2. Madarchouds.
3.Bevarsi Bajaj.
4.Real Bajaj Fins Dogs.
5.Money Flug.
6. Bajaj Beggers.
7.Froude Bajaj.
8. Useless Bajaj.
9.Bajaj Dogs .
All the above land lines phones are received from their Karnataka Recovery Point. So I made several complaints by way of emails to wecare@bajajfinserv.in But as of this day, no communication from them and they are not stopping for calling.
So at this movement what should I have to take action against Bajaj Finance, for using un-acceptable caller Ids leading towards criticizing the dignity of the customers.

Disturbance from common terrace
We live in a four floor apartment and above our floor, there is common terrace. The issue is few of the residents from our apartment goto terrace and jump run play cricket, hit bat on the floor etc, which creates disturbing noise in our house. Is there anyway to stop it legally? We have tried approaching the building secretary but they denied our complaint and said where else do we play.
