I am Company Secretary by profession and have completed LL.B this year only. Do i have to get enrolled myself at Bar? Can i practice CS and Law at the same time? Please guide me...

This is in continuation to the trailing mail .
I would like to summarise , whatever has transpired till date.
I was working with Reliance as Technical Group Lead .
Sometime last year a person from the Agency appointed by standard chartered, got in touch with me regarding settlement as I had lost my job two year back and was unable to make my regular payments. He had offered an settlement amount of Rs.35,000/-, I agreed to make the payment as my friends were ready to lend me the money then. However, nothing came out of it, as he did not come through.
My cell got damaged because of which I had no access to the numbers, and could not get in touch with anybody. However, I called up customer care and explained the situation , and asked them to arrange for somebody to call me. Also i had wrote a mail to bank , explaing the situation and details. but i havn't got any reply.
This year one Mr Suryakant got in touch with me. Then all sorts of problems started. The guys from the Agency used to visit my house at odd hours 8:00 pm , 9 pm , as and when they feel like.
I was the sole earning member in my family. My father is past 76 years and is a heart patient, diabetic and suffering from blood pressure. My mother has a psychological problem and is suffering from ILD(Interstitial Lung Disease), but cannot afford any treatment since I lost my job. These people come home and give them mental pressure in my absence. I have always been available and kept in touch . Inspiteof this they have been creating problems and tension for my family. Presently, the house is running on my Father’s pension.
Today 25th July 2011 , same person again called and asked for money... i told that when i will get job , 1st i will clear your dues. after long discussion he started talking in bad and very low lavel Language.
many times i requested him not to give so much mental pressure ..... but he was talking as i am begger ......... please suggest me what to do ????
now i am unable to handle the pressure

I ENROLL AS AN ADVOCATE BAR COUNCIL INDIA.I AM NOT SO MUCH EXPERIENCE JUST NOW.NOW I WORK IN STATE BANK.A PERSON COME TO ME AND ASK TO PUBLISH LEGAL NOTICE IN THE NEWS PAPER,I KNOW HIM VERY WELL.CAN I PUBLISH LEGAL NOTICE IN THE NEWS PAPER FOR THAT LAND.THERE IS A DIPUTE IN LAND FOR REGISTERING THE LAND. CAN I PUBLISH LEGAL NOTICE IN THE NEWS PAPER

A PERSON COMES TO ME AND ASK TO PUBLISH A LEGAL NOTICE IN THE NEWS PAPER.HE IS SO CLOSE TO ME .I KNOW HIM WELL AND HIS LAND PROBLEM.BUT I WORK IN THE BANK NOW. IF I PUBLISH LEGAL NOTICE IN THE NEWS PAPER.OR PLS TELL , IF DEGREE OF LAW IS NECESSARY TO PUBLISH LEGAL NOTICE FOR LAND??

A couple aged about 75-80 years,their son died two years ago,a suit for ownership of house went in their favor in 2001,but they did not took possession of house.now daughter in law,& grandson in possession of house,grandson also in govt job.This old couple living on the mercy of their widow daughter & her son.Now plz suggest me can they vacate the house from daughter in law & grandson,what rights they can claim under senior citizenship act.what is the procedure to file application under senior citizenship act?

I read an article in Times of India which said that a person cannot will away the entire inherited property.
My (maternal) Grandmother received a certain area of land from her father. She has a daughter (my mother) and four sons. Grandmother had also received some land from partition of the property of her husband (which has been divided among her, her daughter and four sons). Now she has prepared a will, conferring all of her property in her daughters name, and nothing for the sons and registered the same. My questions are:
1) Is the Will a valid one?
2) Can the sons challenge it on the ground that grandmothers property (one inherited from her father and that from her husband) has to be equally divided among her daughter and four sons?
3)One of the witnesses to the will is the daughter's major son. Is such a witness viable in law?
Please advise.

hello sir,I m hindu (female)and i got married soon on 26 june 2011 in a temple (maharastra/alandi)i have an issue dat my husband left me..he dont want to reside with me and his family is not accepting also ...but i have marriage certificate wid me which is provied by dat pandit and pandit have also marriage record of us. but there is no witness of our marriage accept dat pandit n few people around there .n i dont have any marriage pics also.me n my husband is in past 5 yrs relation also apart from this we have stayed in living relationship around 2 yrs in pune .but ritenw he dont want to live with me so i want to file case against him..
1.is it a legal marriage?
2.if yes then what cases i can impose on them?
please guide me..need help

Warning is a discplinary action ??
Will giving a written warning to a subordinate for a fault of his deemed to be a discplinary action ? Or, if for a particular fault, the subordinate has been given a written warning but the higher auth ask for further discplinary action for the same offence, can the subordinate be recalled and given a sterner punishment after he has been given the written warning ??
