Dear Members
I had filed a miscellaneous writ petition along with writ petition under 226 of the constitution; they were found maintainable and got listed for admission. The petition was admitted and notice was served to the respondent to appear. Will the interim relief prayed in miscellaneous petition be decided first pending disposal of main petition? Is respondent’s presence needed for deciding misc. petition?

economic & reasonable fee registration of advocates
basic litigation training for each and every enrolled advocate
seat or chamber alottment for every new advocate

Dear all
To my understanding advocates in practice cannot advertise about their services.
If it is so then, whether Websites of Advocates and law firms will be considered as advertisements or not?
As websites are published through internet whether it will be as similar as an ad in a newspaper or any other media for that matter?
If so whether any action against that particular advocate or law firm will be taken??

please clear on advocates right of practice with refrence to section 30 of advocates act / for example if an advocate is enrolled in bar council of punjab & haryana and wants to practise in district courts of delhi or delhi high court or supreme court of india, what an advocate need to do or not

What is the procedure to get enrolled with delhi bar council ? Where to get the form from and what all documents are required? Is there any provision to speed up the entire enrollment procedure by way of paying extra fees etc? Waiting for the reply, Thanks.

income limit for BC certificate in Punjab & validity period of issued certificate
I want to make a backward class certificate in Punjab. Please guide me about the present income limit for this.
I have a Backward class certificate issued last year with income less than 2.5 lac.Is it valid now or I have to get a new one if I want to apply for any post in Punjab Govt.
