Can anybody say that is there any norms for the Universities to notify the students before conducting exams?
And if so, then how many days, before conducting the exams the Universities should notify the students.

1. If a Society opposit to our room doesn't get repair / clean the drainage line & stools came out of Tank / chamber which makes life very difficult.
2. Their water from the pump house came out daily & accumlate in a particular spot everyday & had little way out for water.
The Society & our room belongs to Mahada. The society always delay in getting clean & takes around 2-3 months & not responding to us for quick cleanness. They always say we will do it & takes time.
What kind of action can be taken ? or where we can complain agst society ? Is it right to make complain ?

What are the executive functions of a director of a Pvt Ltd company ? For the purpose of enrolment with state bar council, according to Part VI of Rules governing advocates, section VII, Directors can be advocate provided none of his duties are of executive nature. I want to clarify that while submission of enrolment form, any material proving the same ie non executive nature of functions of the director( eg affidavit etc ) has to be submitted or nothing is required ? Will the same amount to any employment or service?

employer insures his employee under group personal accident, compensation premeium paid by employer. employer paid compensation to the legal representative who dies in a motor vehicle accident .
whether this amount paid by the employer under group insurance is liable for deduction under motor vehicle accident .

I wish to clarify a doubt regarding Custom Bonding License for STPI Unit.
M/s. ABC India Pvt Ltd has registered as 100 % EOU under STPi Scheme in Chennai. Now it has to apply for Customs Bonded License.
Kindly let me know the Procedure/Checklist?
Normally what will be fee for registration?

i am working as assistant in Ministry of Railway in new delhi with grade pay 4600/-. i also got selected for the post of auditor with grade pay 2800/- in my home town in kanpur. NOC was provided to me from the employer. what are the rules, if i technically resign from my higher post to lower post.
