the thing is that the property is a parental property and we are 3 brothers and one sister.we all have sign the POA but one of my elder brother is expire and his wife has signed the POA and she has further 2 daughters, both are married.
1.POA is attested by notary only??will it considered be registered one???can we sale the property on that basis??
2.will the daughters of my elder brother have any right on the property as they are married one??
3.can my elder brother wife signed it on his behalf???

actually i need clarification regarding sale deed agreement with out registration is valid or not....
next sir....
one property is dispute between family members ..i mean between X(1) and Y(2)....and the property in court ...but the propert posession in X (1)next another outside business relator(z) buys disputes propety frum X ...but he taken saledeed agreement from X...next he did not mention time period in saledeed agreement...agreement is done on 2005 august....next business realtor (Z) enjoying shop rents....saying tat shop belong to him....next even not paying rent....even X (1) canceled saledeed agreement by giving lawyer notice and take back his money....but shop is not vacating...next Z is enjpying shop rents saying Z is owner.....
my doubt is how many days sale deed is agreement is valid if not registered next if there is time period not mentioned in saledeed agreement is valid.....can anyone plz suggest how to vacate shop and get rent to X...or to seize propert and get rent to court

i want to sale a property through power of attorney as i dont have any registered document of the property except this.
this sale can be considered as legal sale???

What is the difference between nativity and local candidature as per the existing rules in the state of Andhra Pradesh.On what basis is nativity decided by the revenue dept. (i.e based on birth or based on place of study). How do they affect a first level gazetted govt. employee during transfers on promotion.
Are there any judgements in this regard.

Dear Experts,
i want to add surname in my univercity reocrd because in my academic records doesn't have surname. but as a proof of identity my name is already mentioned with surname in birth certificate, ration card, voter id card, driving license, uid card, pan card, bank statement, post office card.
univercity doesn't require this document it require the whole procedure of change of name. sir please guide me how can i add the surname in my academic reocrds. it is necessery to add the surname in univercity records because due to this name surname will mentioned in degree. name appeared in degree shall placed in passport. pass port officer follow the academic certificate for ECNR states. what can i do to take the ECNR states in passport other wise my surname will not appear in passport. so please give my advice and provide the procedure to add the surname in univercity records.
