ONE OF MY CLIENT IS REGISTERED WITH ESIC HE ALSO OPENING THE VARIOUS BRANCHES AT DIFFERENT STATES HAVING 2-3 EMPLOYES IN A SINGAL BRANCH IN A STATE.

Hi sir/mam...
iam sindhu,i have few queries to ask..
one of my friend who got married and his husband was a business man,he had huge loss in business n now in IP,the worst part is his wife,thats my friend took loans for him n atlast even she is in ip for nothing..
at present both are not in good terms due to personal problem,now she want 2 know if she can get releved from ip?husband doesnt have a proper job,and if she want to get divorced will ip b in her name or it will b transfered to her husbands name n she can be free?? pls reply..

I want to publish my name change advertisement in the Gazette of India as well as in the official gazette of Haryana. So, whats the procedure & how much lengthy (in the context of time) n expensive. Have I to go directly to the concerned offices or hire any expert to complete the process. Would this advertisement be sufficient to get all the IDs with the new name as well as in the recruitment process with the new name. I already have publication of name change in 2 newspapers as well as an affidavit by a notary public.
