Respected seniors,
I have a situation here where the passport holder who is currently residing in Canada has got the wrong place entered in his passport. So in order to change it as per the birth record it has been informed from the embassy that a direction must be obtained from a First Class Magistrate here in India. My question is should the person be present before the honorable court for this procedure or can someone represent him in the court along with the needed documents.
Awaiting for your reply
With much thanks
Rosemary Philip
applicability of un-signed managing committee's minutes
It is regarding co-op hsg socty in maharashtra.
While reading the managing committee's minutes i notced that they are either "NOT SIGNED" or signed " ONLY by Chairman/secretary on very few.
When asked there reply was ," No where it is mentioned in the Bye-Law that the chairman & secretary must sign "
will u tell me whethere it is legally correct & binding on members, especially the Resolution/s.
