Does the certificate granted under Rule 27 of The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 need to be renewed after a specific period? If yes, under what provision and what is the renewal period?

I am not married and pregnant of 11weeks. I tried to contact my boyfriend after pregnancy. When he come to know that i am pregnant he changed his mobile number and blocked me. When i tried to talk to his parents they threatened me and told me they will put a case against me. What will i do?? Plz suggest..

I have been filed a w.p.(c).in 2016 petiotioner-in-person through by e filing. And the the registry of Hon'ble Supremecourt given to cure the defects with in 90 days.But, I was not able to cure the defects with in the given time.The defective matter which was listed to the hon'ble supreme court Justice bench and an order was passed to comply with the office report within 4 weeks or otherwise the w.p will be dissmissed.Again I have been send the matter on by curing the defects through by urgent courrier to the Ho'ble Registrar,s.c.And my mail was disabled to refile the matter though by e filing.And I am waiting for modified w.p. matter will be updated in the Supremecourt registry .Kindly,let me know,whether the matter to be listed again to the Hon'ble justice bench and how long to be taken for the process.

I approached an advocate in a civil matter and explained my issue which i have been facing. Thereafter i paid 20000 to file civil case. But it has been one year, no case was filed and he says he need some more time to pursue with that matter. I want to complaint against him but dont know how and where. Guide m pls

Ours is a residential housing society in Mumbai. Our Housing Society and Administrator(appointed by Registrar) is denying us access to the 7th and 8th floor terraces. They have locked it and wont allow us access for any reason whatsoever.
The terrace on the 7th floor is a pocket terrace and is adjacent to my 2 flats. The terrace is part of common area and therefore no Managing Committee, General Body or Government Officer can deny access to any member to the common areas of the building as this is our basic right.
Kindly let me know what action I can take under which law (please give me exact referrals and where I can source it) if I have to go to court that could help in winning my case. The local bodies (Fire Brigade, BMC) have been bribed and are not willing to take action against the Society. We have exhausted all options and would appreciate your guidance.
I had researched online that MOFA, DCR rules & Maharashtra Fire Prevention Life Safety Act support my case but I cant find the specific clauses. Can you please guide me?

I am living in Hyderabad,I am a Muslim,my name Salman, now I want to convert into Hindu.I studied post graduation,after conversion my name also changed as Hindu, can I change my name in SSC(10th class)Salman to new name, in my academic certificates my name is Salman.also in intermediate,graduation,post graduation.can it be changed with my new name or it remains the same old name?or I have to mention my name as salman"alias" new name?

Compensation under motor vehicle act. 1988
Respected Learned Experts,
There was an accident in month of August 2017 while I was driving my car. The victim has suffered bodily injuries and fracture in his left leg. The victim was temporarily disabled for 4 months. Now he has made claim under Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 for Rs.30 lakhs. I had a valid insurance policy taken in New India Assurance Co who is also included as 2nd party in the case. Some are telling that it is just enough to handover a signed vakkalat to Insurance Co. who will follow the issues. Whether I am liable to pay any compensation to the victim? Whether I have to engage a separate advocate to defend my side. What is the legal procedure adopted in this case. Kindly clarify and oblige,.
