Dear Sir,
Our advocate mostly take money in cash and without giving any invoice to pursue the suit. This leads to problem of uncertainty at the time when case is close for settlement.
The Lawyer again ask for huge money just before the final verdict date. (mostly in cash).
We have limitation of using service by other lawyer as NOC is needed from the current one.
I have paid couple of payment through cheques, but many payment in cash by withdrawing money from bank.
Kindly advise the right method of payment where lawyer cannot insist.

M applied for post of village accountant in davanagere district in 2008 and in gulbarga in 2009 but I got job in gulbarga firat. And I cleared all the required departmental exams there. In 2011 even I got selected in davanagere district on application made by me on 2008 itself. And as I applied in davanagere fisrt I couldn't get NOC. So I resigned in gulbarga and joined davanagere. So my question is tat whether I need to appear the departmental exams again in davanagere.
Pls give any circulars if I have pls guide me..

Sir,
I have 2querries as follows :
(1) car parking - one of the society member's son parking his car in our society but he stays in another building. His father paying the parking charges. Can he park his car in our society. If yes any byelaws. Pls help me for this.
(2) my kids playing at my home :
I m staying on 2nd floor along with my 2kids and wife and father and mother. My elder son is in 7th std. And younger son is in 1st std. My younger son is 5yrs old so he is jumping running at home. Just below on 1st floor 2 senior citizens are staying. He is deliberately complaining that he is getting trouble when my kids are running on my home floor. Now he gave the complaint to the society. Also on only birthday we playing music system. That also he is raising objection.
Can he restrict us to do this. Guide us what can i do further

Hi Sirs
I had a personal loans CC from Saudi Arabia in Saudi Hollandi bank.
Two years back I am come to Indian on a annual vacation. Unfortunately I can't go back to Saudi.and I can't fulfill my loans also.
After one year I goes to Dubai for a job and settled there .
Now I got a call from Bilkish and they are said to me settled the amount within a time period if not they will pick me from there and drop to Saudi .
Can you advise me to how can they trap me there in Dubai.

I have invested in Amrapali Aadya Trading and Investment Pvt. Ltd., and I was given deceitful information about my Transaction profit and siphoned off total invested money by trading in Currency Dollar Trading.
Mean while the company operation was suspended by SEBI, Now I have taken up the false and misleading information to NSE.

Parking of two and four wheelers in the appartments - reg
Sir,
I stay in Hyderabad. Our total appartment Land is 240 Sq. Yards, Three floor constructed 12 year back with 4 Double Bed Rood and 4 Single Bed Room.I have purchased Double bed room in Bank auction. The document is with Car Parking, where they have not given any marking. In the ground floor Double bed room side parking place is available. The Staircase is in between Single and Double Bed room width 12 feet, where as the for portions Two Single and Two Double bed room occupantes are parking their two wheelers near by stair case ( Width 12 feet) It is very conjusted to walk between the either side parked two wheelers.
Now a new tenant has come to single bed room and his a security officer to a IGP of Telenanga State, he is showing his power and started parking his motorbike, near to Ground floor Double bed room, which is much inconvenient to pass in the small lane of 4 feet, his parked vehicle is covering 2.5 feet.
As I am already holding car parking in the registered document am I eligible to park my car in front of double bedroom open place?, all the other occupants are silent,because he is a security officer to Inspector General of Police.When complaint to his land lord, even he is not speaking out. It has become a great headache to us. No body is intrested to lodge complaint against his issue.
All common places are occupied by other residents in the ground floor.
Please advice me how to come out of this problem.
