i had purchased a room in a society in 2013 where annexure II was already done. Due to that my name is not in the annexure II. Anexure II was done in 2012 but due to some reason that sra project was stopped. Now on this september 2017 builder apply for the LOI in SRA. Project was stopped almost 5 years.
My question is is there any way to put my name in annexure II. I have all the relevant documents.

ESIC Assessing officer raised notice against charitable trust hospital running day care clinic for Eyes, ENT, dental patient that you are above the limit as per ESIC act , you have to register yourself under this Act.
Our ground of arguments is that we have 6 full time employees and 5 doctors who are not full time employee , they are providing their consultancy through this charitable hospital. For their services we have agreed to share our fees with them on 50-50 basis but AO not convinced with us and raised demand of recovery for last three years ESIC due @ 6.5%.
So we want to challenge this order u/s 45AA under ESIC Act, to prove ourself we have to prepare ground of appeal with suitable caselaw plz provide relevant facts to cover this ground , what shall we do next ?

A property was given to.me by a family friend via will in mumbai. The same will was submitted to d High Court for obtaining a grant. The grant is issued to me in 2017. Want to know if any stamp duty is applicable on transfer of property in my name.

My apartment in Bangalore was built on a private land which had many trees on which lots of monkeys used to stay.
During apartment construction almost all the trees were cut. Now trees are not there but monkeys remained.
Even forest department had refused to reallocate the monkeys.
Problem is when monkeys come to my flat I give them some eatables which irks other residents who complain of eatables being thrown by monkeys in the surroundings and causing garbage around.
Some residents argue with me to not to feed the monkeys.
To monitor this association have used the public CCTV camera of the apartment to particularly monitor my flat from outside by focusing the camera to my flat's windows, doors which I think is breaching my privacy.
While filing police complaint which IPC can I use against this breach of privacy?
Also as per my knowledge it is not within the rights of apartment association to ban feeding of animals within the society premises especially if the animals themselves freely enter the premises.
Which IPC can I use for complaint against this ban?
Should I approach forest department or animal welfare board against this?

Sir,I recently hired a zoomcar scorpio for a trip to munnar from chennai,while returning from munnar we had a accident where the car tire burst and the car hit the right divider,so the zoom car people are asking us for a csr report from police station so, I want your guidance on how to get a csr report and from which police station to get the report and as 1 day has past will the report will still be available to us from the police station

Under Esic Act 1948, part time doctors to be treated as 'employee' or not for the purpose of calculating limit of 10 person or more to apply ESIC act on Hospital runned by charitable & religious trust. Please revert with relevant case laws apply on this situation also.

Sir this is regarding one RTI against the result declaration of Promotional test in my organisation
i have done an RTI to ZONAL CPIO.
Sir.,they have given me reply on 22nd day of RTI in which they smartly rejected my RTI by informing only that promotion round is under process and it has not been completed,disclosure of the information sought may impede the process.as such the information sought is exempted from disclosure under section 8 1 h of rti
Sir pl help me what I have to do now,I am very much sure and confidant enough to pass the exam with good marks however my name not come in selected candidate list.
Sir is there any case reference no where CIC or court has ordered to any organisation to consider applicant RTI.

Refund of deposit
Dear Sir , Date:12-10-2016
In the year 2016 on the month Feb.. I had rented a shop near my place which belongs to to an old family friend of mine, since the whole landlord family knew me. As agreed, I was to pay a deposit of 1 lak an monthly rent, Since he had to pay long pending outstanding property tax
He requested me to give the deposit and assured to make the agreement registered later. After starting my business, paying the monthly rent regularly, I requested him of making the agreement but he “landlord Kept on avoiding it, I also suggested him online.registration
I have been paying the rent regularly for the past one year, In spite of loss in business,. And more ever my business was relayed on
Power “Electricity”. And often due to power failure, I was unable to manage it properly, Hence I requested the landlord that I need to vacate the shop, And to refund the deposit, Now It is more then eight months
But he is delaying it ,And for the past four month has past the shop is closed. He is waiting for some one to occupy it and refund the deposit.
P.S
All the payment was done through cheque except Rs. 5000/-cash
Please help.
