Hi, I'm a chairman of a society in mumbai. One of our resident is continuously behind us for various reasons. 1st he launched an nc stating few committee members threatened him for life, then he went to registrar stating that members had over paid the tanker & taken cash from tanker owners, then he kept on going to registrar n pressurised them to take action on us. Registrar had asked for all the details n v provided it. Now he has asked registrar for 5 years re audit. We have received notice for re audit. Mean while election was conducted in society under registrar vigilance. Most of the members were re elected, Mr X was not elected. Now he says election was bogus. He has now given letter asking for 5yrs bank statement n expenses.
Kindly let me know what we committee can do in this case

Dear Sir,
My teacher wrote some b.c caste name in my T.C without my intervention while i was joining at 6th class( 30 years back) and that caste is continued thru my education. Actually i didn't belongs to that caste, now i am doing some private job, but i didn't get any benefits by using that b.c caste. At present i realized that i would like to mention my original caste name in my child T.C(my child is going to join 6th class. Is it possible now. I believe so many persons facing the same issue. Pleas advice. thanks in advance.

I have an serious issue..my caste is SC and for some personal issues I need to change my Caste to MBC... because this for my marriage purpose..is that possible??.if possible whom should I contact for future procedure.?

in our area there are many strays and they are unpredictable and often violent barking and chasing passing people vendors on cycles recently a milk vendor was chased early morning and he fell from his cycle and died due to accident of falling on nearby passing lorry . municipal authorities are not able to help much as they do not have any count of strays or how to manage. if a stray threatens -even if its not rabid or is neutered or vaccinated - to protect one's life from unpredictable carnivorous animal behavior can one apply for gun license so that the stray can be shot in self defense. In fact in my friend's village in kerala the menace is very bad and people, children routinely die also. neither authorities, nor so called hypocratic animal welfare ngo are bothered but everyone says that killing an animal is against the law

I had booked an office space in a project pre - launched in Nov 2012 with a builder in NOIDA for my own self to work once I retire from my job.
It was on construction linked plan & I had paid almost 50% of amount i.e Rs 19 lacs but over the last 5 years there has been little construction.
Pls suggest remedy for me .
Should I go to consumer forum and file a case or a complaint in UP RERA online portal after paying their FEE will help me.
Does court take a different view on commercial property as compared to residential apartments in such cases.
Pls suggest which legal course should I take . will builder harrass me if I go legal.

Community certificate
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am belonging to Pattanavar community converted christian but my grandma gave my community as SC Adidravidar converted christian for government scholarship mistakenly. Now I need to change my caste in my community certificate and also i'm having my mother TC certificate and my father community certificate as mentioned as pattanavar. is it any possibilities to change the above mentioned things. if it possible means pls tell me the what are procedure i have to do.. pls do needful
