i am living in Telangana state, my got inter religious marriage my mother is a Hindu and my father was a Muslim.Now I want to change religion and name.as per my academic certificates my name is Muslim name my religion is Muslim.I've some doubts after the change of religion and name in arya samaj they will issue a conversion certificate.is this good enough to change my name aadhar card,PAN card etc..By using this conversion certificate can i change my name and religion in academic certificates?,is this conversion certificate good enough or should need to get gazzettes regarding religion and name change?

Pension of BSNL Pensioners drawing pension under CCS pension rule 1972 was revised merging 78.2% IDA from 1-1-2007 notionally and actually from 10-6-13. Thus due pension arrears of 76 months which is their property as per Supreme Court is denied by DOT GOI. Total number of such Pensioners is 1.3 lakh. Whether this case can be taken up by Pensioners Association (Registered but not Recognized) directly to Supreme Court. Or it has to be moved to Principal Bench CAT. Can the case be taken up on representative capacity for all Pensioners or the individual Pensioners have to be the applicant.

1. "A" a died inteste leaving behind wife and one minor son, now society is asking for Letter of Administration for transfer of Share Certificate. Now widow is applying for Letter of Administration.
How can she get consent Affidavit from the minor Son ? What is the procedure to overcome such situation?
2. There are Bank accounts also...... It is necessary to mention colosing balance of each Bank in the Schedule.
3. IMP ...... Need Order of Tax Master where in held that value of Share Certificate can be consider for Court Fee instead of Value of the Flats. Pls do needful............

Barclay Bank Issued me a Credit card in the Year 2008 and the card account was not in use from 2011, sent mail to the customer care for amicable settlement, no reply received,
Now Kotak bank sent an letter asking me to pay the due amount to Barclay Credit Card , it says the Barclays has sold the Credit card account to It,
In spite of sending various mails to their ( Barclays) for amicable settlement, no reply sent nor any mail or letter sent to me that they have sold the credit card account to kotak bank,
What is the time frame for claim for such type of dispute, kindly inform me about this matter,In spite of writing various mails to the Customer care of barclays to mu various queries and amicable settlement issues, nothing heard from barclays from 2011 till today.

I was the gurantor of my father loan account declared NPA bank sold both of my properties. Now my name is in ECGC SAL . As I have already suffered can I claim the relived or bank can further claim from me the remaining dues. Pls suggest

I am living in Hyderabad,I am a Muslim,my name Salman, now I want to convert into Hindu.I studied post graduation,after conversion my name also changed as Hindu, can I change my name in SSC(10th class)Salman to new name, in my academic certificates my name is Salman.also in intermediate,graduation,post graduation.can it be changed with my new name or it remains the same old name?or I have to mention my name as salman"alias" new name?
